I like this place for getting a healthy lunch when I'm out on the road. They have a salad bar and some times I just get some carrot sticks and hard boiled eggs for lunch. Sometimes I get a kombucha. I'm trying to re-engineer my gut micro biome. I used to get a dollar chicken sandwich and Diet Coke from Wendy's. This is much better for me. They also have some hot prepared food. Last time I got some cooked vegetables in a balsamic sauce and a bit of chicken with curry flavor and red peppers. It's very healthy, lots of vegetables and not very expensive at all. I also like that it's quiet and not crowded like Whole Foods. It's a quick in-and-out and the guys at the register are pleasant.

Where else can you get 2 footlong hotdogs and a side of fries for, like, 7 bucks? Nowhere but here, don't even try to think of anywhere else, you'll hurt your brain, GRANDPA. Seriously, this place butters my parsnips -- if you catch my butterfly. It's mostly a grocery store for hippies (as in, should I get the seaweed tablets or the soy protein sprout loaf?) so if that's your thing then, like, knock yourself out. Yours truly Peter Periwinkle doesn't know anything about hippie markets. But I *am* a connoisseur of fried food, sandwiches, etc. So this flower child grocery has this little grill in the back. They'll make you all kinds of stuff and it's all *delicious* and *cheap* and then you go and eat it in this beautiful, quiet, spacious sunroom. Plus there's a big buffet and salad bar. I think the Four Seasons Market Grill is a reminder that food is at its very finest when it is inexpensive, tasty, and prepared right there in front of you. Plus, Foxon Park sodas -- right there for the picking. A diamond in the rough, a culinary oasis on the top of hamburger hill. Excelsior!

This place is the best! Organic and natural foods, supplements, and products. An incredible deli and salad bar. I even got organic sea moss there yesterday. The staff are kind and helpful. Overall this is my favorite market in Branford.

My family visits this exceptional Market weekly! The hot and cold buffet offer by far the freshest and most delicious food I’ve ever had from any other buffet ! The staff are all courteous and always willing to help with any questions or requests!!Love to see a local business doing well ! In my opinion, their hard work, devotion to personable service and wonderful food are the reasons! I encourage all to try Four Seasons Market!

Unique store for healthy eating a over the top salad bar and a grill will make anything to order a must stop for a breakfast sandwich or afternoon lunch sandwich rest in the area

The cook does not wash his hands and touches raw meats cheese and bread with no gloves and with out washing his hands. Wont go there again
