The first time I had a bad interaction at this location i thougth it was a fluke. But todays experience tells me that I was wrong. I went to ship a return and they try to force me to buy one of their envelopes. That is not how that works, you can use your own packaging, there is no requirement to buy anything from them for you to be able to ship a return. It took a call to the FED EX corporate headquartes to resolve this issue.

Was on vacation visiting my sister- made something that I wanted shipped and asked that it be packed safely for a cross country trip - it arrived at it’s destination in one piece - thank you very much for your exceptional service!

Went to FedEx Branford with dread--I had an oversized product I needed to return busting out of its original box, which had tears and rips throughout. I thought I'd need to buy, then wrestle with a new box. Valerie called me up immediately, and told me she could make this mess work with a bit of strategically placed tape. She was friendly, professional, reassuring, and resolved my problem immediately. I was in and out in 3 minutes, then learned a few hours later that I received my refund from the company!

Stopped by to ship a package and needed help with insurance options, packaging and signatures- Ashley was fantastic. Walked me through everything and even though the store was busy, seemed to care about making sure my package was shipped safely and cost-effectively.

Outstanding and faster service. All the staff are knowledgeable in what they do. Always happy to do the extra miles for your shipping and printing satisfaction and if they can't meet your expectations they always gives subjections of other places that might able to help you on your immediate needs. I recommend this place. Keep it up the good work!

Ashley was so hands on and helpful. Truly delightful to work with. Didn’t mind having to stay past 7 to help me although store was closed didn’t complain or pout and continued to reassure me that she was happy to help. Truly amazing worker.

The staff is always so helpful. Today I went in to ship out my son’s baseball glove to be repaired by the manufacturer. The woman working was so helpful in making sure all the proper instructions the warranty department of the manufacturer required for shipping out the glove were followed. What a relief because it was a lot and I certainly would have had made a mistake on my own. Thank you for your help!

I stopped at FedEx yesterday in Branford to ship a package. Nadeen helped me and she was wonderful! I really appreciated how friendly she was. She engaged me in conversation in a lovely way. In addition, she was very knowledgeable and offered me tips for shipping packages that I will definitely use in the future. It was such a pleasant experience and it made me look forward to my next visit to this location. Thank you, Nadeen!

Horrible experience by a FedEx employee who let 3 customers interrupt my transaction. The last one I complained as I was visibly upset that a simple transaction was taking so much longer than needed. Twice she called out people behind me and the 3rd time this Karen just walked up and dumped her stuff on the counter , interrupting my transaction. I’ll never come here again

Talk about a terrible experience. I went up send back an item and since this is something FedEx does well I chose them. I approach the counter to begin the transaction and the woman who is being very polite is so slow that it seems as if she's not really experienced. As she goes about the task, another customer comes in. She stops what's she's doing for me and proceeds to take care of him. Ok. Another customer comes in and again she stops to " quickly " help him. Now I'm getting annoyed but she returns to help me when a woman who was at the back of the store comes to the counter and proceeds to dump all of her things for the FedEx employee to process for her. I ask what is she doing and shouts at me ( not the FedEx employee but the Karen) that she has been there for an hour I tell the FedEx employee that she has now stopped my shipping order 3 times as she continues with the Karen who says I'm being rude. Well I didn't just walk over and interrupt her but that's Karen being so Karen. Honestly the failure to make my bad experience falls completely on the FedEx employee who kept letting me feel like I was invisible. Never going here again

LACK OF INTEGRITY: the counter person overcharges or charges for items without asking if u want to buy them. For example, "i can help you with that-meaning printing a label. Then they sneak in "oh do u want a regular envelope or a padded envelope? oh of course a padded envelope seems more secure but you are not told that its an extra charge! Then they say "oh there aren't any back here(meaning the free ones behind the counter) i will grab on from the rack..the one that is an extra charge --never stating that its extra! Goes ahead uses it..charges for it and never even thinks twice about..I am working and was in a rush but this fedex office problems. i checked my receipt and saw it!
