Ordered replacement spa cover.They shipped wrong size way too small it was like I received someone else's order. Too short and too narrowWay off.Told me they were correcting thus by re ordering a replacement cover to correct thisBlamed the manufacturer for not getting the order correct.Went 6 months of promises and excuses or more or less Flat out Lies about how they were making this rightNo correct cover ever received and no refund of my money...They say 3500 plus satisfied spa buyersOn one of their pagesI wonder how many are like myself....Call me correct this and my reviews get removed ...

I purchased multiple tubs from Earnie, and any time any questions or issue comes up. He has been reachable, and will go out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of properly. We recently had an issue that a certain part needed to be replaced and Earnie made sure to file it under the warranty and it was fixed immediately. Thank you !Carey

I saw the FB Ads, and wanting a Price of Factory Direct Hot Tubs. FUNNY!the pictures in the ad noted from $2,995. Not the Pictures on the Ad, but the $2995 was like a small dog pool with a couple of sprays. I realized why the dude did not want two people at the same time. He did not the answers from my Question.Fast Speaking the trash talk and completely misleading. I was over my head, with the dude Travis has more Pos talking about Everything........misleading the ads!!! As Travis said, this is like a Auto Dealer, "I have to 'from began' . and then up buy. Those pictures you saw with $2995, no........The actual prices of $4500 to $7,000, Every Price I saw are the Same Retail prices in Cape Girardeau, MO.Fast Speaking the Trash, and misleading and lost of PUFF........the price he quoted one, hell, the store in Cape has the same price. Factor Direct! HAHAHA. I will purchase locally instead of the Puff.

I Ordered a Hot Tub Cover from this company in July of 2022 and one arrived within 60 days. It was Too Short - and Too Narrow not even close to the dimensions ordered and was not the same thickness as discussed to replace my existing specs. I've been promised over and over in countless phone calls and texts back and forth with this company. That it was an error at the manufacturer on the order specs and the replacement was in process. At this point it is apparent that there is NO Intention of correcting this and sending a correct size cover for my hot tub.\nI cannot recommend this company at this point due to all of the faith and patients i granted them in coming thru on their word and fixing the situation.\nHere's 10 Months of Back and Forth Communication that has gone no where.\nChris C******* Text replay same day “ They just told me it will be leaving the 22nd I asked are you guys positive , they said yes 100% “ My reply “ So they should have a shipping manifest on the 22nd “ Chris C******* Quote “ YES EXACTLY “ My reply “ OKAY “\n•\tFriday May 26th 2023 --- “ Yet another week of no news. Is this your only manufacturer of hot tub covers ? Are there alternatives ? “ no reply from Chris C*******\n•\tTuesday May 30th 2023 -- my text to Chris C******* “ Any news this week before we enter the month of June 2023 ?? -- NO Reply from Chris as of yet……\n•\tAt this point I have gone a YEAR without a functional Hot Tub Cover and 10 months of Chris telling me he is correcting the issue and ordering a CORRECT SIZE Cover to Replace the one that HE obviously ordered incorrectly as I gave him photos and all dimensions and the cover he sent was not even CLOSE. It was both TOO SHORT and TOO Narrow to even possibly work for my ordered hot tub cover.

Ordered a hot tub from them in April, long lead time was explicitly discussed when we ordered. Hot tub came to us in November. Tub is beautiful. Delivery was great. We had one issue where they called later because the amounts on the contract weren't added correctly. They initially asked to have us pay more money, but then they decided to take care of it. Sales person Tom answered the phone for me 8 months after meeting him and he took care of it. Overall positive experience

I purchased a hot tub from lance and needed a new cover. His guys delivered when I wasn’t home so I wasn’t able to pay. He removed my old cover. I tried to pay pay, Venmo, CC the $600. He either didn’t have the service or didn’t want to take the $600 on credit card due to paying taxes he said. His wife called yesterday and this morning while I was playing golf with my father. He sent his guys to my house, trespassed inside my gated area. My wife went out to see what was going on. They said Lance sent them to get the cover from me. My wife had the money in hand to pay but they said lance is mad and doesn’t want the money anymore. This is very classless. They left us without the old cover so there is nothing covering it. Keep in mind, he made thousands when I purchased the hot tub from him. I guess he’s a 1 transaction business man. I would not recommend using lance.

This company is unbelievably unprofessional and unreliable. The owner lance has lied and ignored me on several occasions. I got my tub 6 months ago it had several problems including leeks and blown fuses and lance got extremely angry when I told him about the problems. I still haven’t resolved these issues and I’m ready to take them to court please do not buy from them they are the worst company I’ve ever had interactions with there is many more problems with lance and this company too many to list

We ordered our hot tub in July 2021 and were told it would arrive in mid-October. It is now mid-December and we still have not received it, with little to no communication from the company. Any time we have asked for an update, they tell us it will be here in about two weeks, but that obviously has not been true. While we understand there are supply chain issues going on, we are frustrated by the lack of communication and what feels like dishonest communication.

Lance, Chris and crew did a great job with my new spa...not an easy installation, but done with perfection! They told me from the start there would be a wait, and it was delivered within days of them telling me the "guesstimate" date.

Lance is a professional and very knowledgeable of the in and outs if hot tubes. We had to wait just as Lance said we would because of the lack of supply. Lance comes highly recommended. I bought my tub after my brother did the year before.

Lance (owner) was attentive to everything we asked of him. We got an amazing tub and the deal was very very fair. His communication throughout the process was excellent and he provided a great delivery experience. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The showroom is not there too impressed clients but the employee Chris is extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of the technicalities of tubs. In the past I had a fee questions, Chris promptly responded and found the solution right away. The owner of the company Lance had promised getting us a quality hot tub for much less than others and he kept his promise. It’s almost a year since we purchased a tub and i have to say the tub by Artesian is worry free and wonderful .
