Best service. They really know what they're talking about. I Still have my bike from 15 years ago. "The ultimate cruising mobile." Get it cleaned up each spring for free.

Good store w quality service. Prices were market for bikes and selection was pretty big for the area. Great service for sizing and accessories.

The guy said he will be right with us and went to another person even though we were waiting first I do not recommend horrible costumer service and not very nice people

The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. They kept me informed on the progress of my service through completion via email. It was completed so promptly. Few of the many reasons why I love getting and servicing my bikes here.

The best customer service in the business! Every experience I have at Zane's is so positive. Today I came in with an issue with my bike rack on the back of my very dirty car. Chuck was immediately helpful and and figured out the issue in no time - even wiped down everything and loaded up the trunk for me. He was great and the friendly help was so appreciated. (Now I can get my car washed!)All their staff are incredibly knowledgeable but also approachable and kind. We've always purchased our bikes from Zanes - kids and adults - and highly recommend them to anyone at any level of cycling. They're a great resource to have in our community. Support your local bike shop!
