I know pharmacies are having trouble finding new employees, but the lines in here border on ridiculous, often all the way down an aisle and into the next. Plus, do all the employees really need to take lunch at the same time? That's right, the whole pharmacy closes for lunch every day.

Pharmacy was a bit understaffed

Team member was fine and did her best, so my problem wasn't with the people in the store itself. I placed an order a few days ago (a Thursday) to be shipped to my home. They shipped part of it (which arrived Saturday) and notified me that part of it could be picked up at the local store. (??) I wasn't expecting this and so I wasn't able to go the store until Tuesday. I went on Tuesday and was told they had cancelled my order (which was prepaid). I was never notified of this by text or email although they did text me to tell me my order was ready for pickup. I left the store without the item. Huge waste of time.

My brother has been waiting for pain medication for days. This pharmacy keeps telling him that the order is not there.his doctor tells him it's been sent to them.i believe the doctor. This place is a nightmare. People suffer unnecessarily by using cvs. We're dropping them as soon as possible.

The staff is wonderful at this CVS. David the pharmacist is so knowledgeable and very helpful with drug relation questions. Observing the pharmacist and staff and the phones constantly ringing it became evident that they are a great team that works together and works very hard (too hard). The main issue is that the pharmacy is understaffed, yet each person gives it their best to accommodate its customers that are insude the store, in the drive in line and calling on the phone. Shawn (sp?) who I talked with at the counter when I brought in my RX for the first time was able to save me $1,600.00 for my RX. He felt really bad that the RX was going to cost me $1,690.00 for 90 days so he took the time on the computer researching programs I might be eligible for, found one, and he saved me $1,600.00. The other pharmacy staff were able to efficiently handle the other customers while he went out of the way to help me.... because he cares for people. The phone was constantly ringing with customers needing to speak with the pharmacist. David. He patiently answered each call while at the same time filling / approving RX. I don't know how he does it.... non stop. I would have given a 5 star review but like others I spent a long time on hold when I called the pharmacy, which is not the fault of the staff but rather the fault of corporate CVS for understaffing the pharmacy. This is a high traffic CVS (drive in and walk in customers). I will take the time to let CVS corporate know of my great experience with th pharmacy staff and let them know this CVS location is definitely understaffed.

Disaster is an understatement. Even after confirming through their text messaging system, the pharmacy fails to follow through.

11:24 minutes & counting. Trying to find out why my prescription has not been refilled . I made the request on Monday AM. It is Wednesday. When I call to find the status of order the message says it is "In Process". I really need to know is this because I want to know if the drug is not in stock. Now, it has been 16 minutes. why provide a false sense of expectation that someone is going to Answer the phone if no one is available. This store is a prime example of a broken medical system. Still on hold... 30 minutes. I don't think anyone is working today! It has been 40 minutes. And, somebody answered! Apparently, the automated service doesn't work according to the person who answered my call. So take the advise of CVS and show up in person, place your order and wait. I am told my script will be filled in 15 minutes. How long will the wait in line be. And, then they close for lunch. So I wait In line and it turns to lunchtime...the staff closes the window and I get nothing!

CVS regularly understaffs this location, making for an absolute nightmare for customers. The drive-through window is almost always shuttered (or whatever you'd call covered with cardboard boxes) and the line for the pharmacy is long. This is during times of increased risk of infection where many would be safer inside their cars and not standing in crowds.

The girl on the phone in the pharmacy was SO RUDE. Instead of directing me to the correct line, she chided me for clicking the wrong option and calling through the drs line. I apologized and she still went on to make me feel bad about clicking the wrong option instead of just sending me to the correct place. Don’t bother calling this location, they will make sure you regret it ?

Worst experience with the photo lab. The young girl working there is so rude, and after all the aggravation I went through with her, the photos came out so bad.

Terrible pharmacy service, you’ll be stuck in line for twenty minutes standing in the middle of an aisle where people are also trying to shop. When the drive thru window was still open, service was somehow not any faster. Been on hold for more than ten minutes trying to reach the pharmacy.
