A total gem!!! I'm a beginner sewer and was struggling with my pretty new Janome. The owner is SO kind and figured out the problem right away. Since I live out of town, he repaired it under 24 hours and gave me a thorough tutorial on how to properly use it. Customer service quality you rarely find anymore. Highly recommend!

This is my place to go with any questions about sewing machines. Ralph is a wizard fixing and cleaning my sewing machine. I have also purchased a vacuum cleaner from him. He is always available which is very important to me.
