“I would add 4.5 stars if I could. I love the people who work here, every nurse/vet tech and everyone at the front desk is always wonderful.The vet himself, or one of them however, is ALWAYS rude. I keep coming back here only for everyone else who works here and because while he's rude, he seems to at least care about animals.”

They are always super accommodating and do their best to fit you in for emergencies. They’ve also been so helpful even now that we’ve moved and haven’t established new care yet. Highly recommend!!”

“We love the warmth and compassion of this small Clinic. Our cat Pepper is very skiddish and had a kidney infection. The Vet came to our house and was able to catch her and bring her back to the Clinic to perform the necessary surgery. We are so grateful for the care they provided to our lovely cat.”

“Meadow Hill’s was a second opinion for my cat that I adopted at 9 years old and riddled with anxiety issues. They gave me an estimate that worked for me since I am on a fixed income and it was 1/3 of the cost from a vet down the street from me. I feel as though they were gentle with my cat and made sure he’s blanket in his carrier was fluffed and laid evenly to assure my cat was comfortable. This little act was noticeable and made me happy when I picked up my cat to know he was cared for while at the shop waiting for me to pick him up. The tech aids were helpful on the phone and in person. The vet doctors were thorough in their exam and did not add any scare tactic problems or over exaggerate issues with my senior cat. Vet doctors were very professional and my only personal critique was that they could’ve smiled a little more but this was very minor. When I brought my cat to his exams to the vets down the street from me, I cried when I got in my car and this never happened at my few Meadow Hill appointments. Going to Meadow Hills was a bit of a drive but worth it in the end. ?‍⬛??‍⬛❤️”

“This is definitely the go to Vet. Staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgable. They show concern for the pet and owner. Reason for the 4 star rating is they are not totally digitally though they present to be. They provide an email address on the site, no acknowledgment to mail sent. Never know if mail is being received or responded to. Online appointment schedule request needs attention in mobile responses. Outside of learning the digital world, pet care is utmost.”

“Great staff! Attentive, friendly, accomodsting, always remember who I am & more. This is a modern veterinary practice with a small town feeling. They know & greet my dog &/or cats as well as me with smiles/concern appropriate to the situation and make me feel they are happy to see us even if things aren't great. Every time I'm there, I see all the pet patients (and their humans) treated like this. They are knowledgeable abouut the veterinary field. They listen carefully and are often able to guide me . I like that the "front office staff" aren't only receptionists, but knowledgeable about the veterinary field and know what questions to ask to make sure the appropriate time is scheduled & thst the doctor has the best information possible before seeing us. They are great at easing fears, boosting spirits, consoling patient & owner and more.I'm always impressed that when the doctors or technicians walk into the exam room, they give me a quick hello, then immediately focus on whomever I'm bringing in that day. They take the time necessary to be sure they have a good amount of time for observation & hands on time as well as listening carefully to my concerns and the information I give them is respected. The facility is always neat & clean and privacy is respected. I have used Salem Valley Veterinary since they opened, and despite the expected staff changes over time (20 or so years worth) the quality of services is still excellent. I highly recommend them and hope that you will take the time to develop a solid relationship with the staff as it only helps us both to give our precious companions the best life we can.”
