If you own or operate a conveyorized car wash, these guys are the go to in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Brad Fitz, Joe, and Chris are as knowledgable as it gets and the customers they serve are lucky to get the service these guys provide. Sure we've had minor issues along the way, but they proved to me they're willing to jump through hoops to make it right and they continue to make me a happy customer as if they secured my business last week. They're not the cheapest solution for car wash chemistry, but they are the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. Keep up the great work guys, and know that the level of talent you employ is what keeps you successful (products are good too). Cheers from Brightworks Car Wash.

Surprise Surprise reviews claiming there protection products warranties didn’t cover claims.Cliff notes: Glass coat Paint Protection doesn’t actually work and wears out just like wax. It was obvious when the water stopped beading up after the first year. It’s always nice when the first interaction to file a claim is a copy and paste from the contract to not cover. The dealer I purchased the product from promised me “life time paint protection”. Keyword “Dealer” considered as the worst purchase experience in America coupled with a poor track record of integrity is the authorized agent to sell your product. They told me life time paint coverage on used vehicle when really I paid about 1K for a 4 year warranty; but hey does it really surprise you I was lied to make a sale? Simoniz doesn’t care, the first paragraph in the contract has “LIFETIME WARRANTY” in capital letters but the part about the limited warranty for used cars is at the end of the paragraph in regular font. I wonder why, why not generate a contract specifically for used cars stating the exact warranty for my model year? You could remove all doubt and eliminate potential misrepresentation by you know ….car dealers…the most “trusted” place of purchase.

Worst customer service, combative and argumentative. Totally not worth the money. They will find any reason not to cover your vehicle. I’ll never get this on my cars again.

Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service. I would strongly suggest you don’t waste your hard earned cash or time with this company. Unfortunately, I was mislead and spent the money and they won’t cover either of my issues.
