Had them tow my fifth wheel to there facility from my house which is 4.1 miles away. Price was $150 each way. While back in my fifth wheel into my driveway they apparently took an Abrupt turn which crack the fairing around the hitch. Requested that they come out and blend the cracked area. They just wouldn't come out and do the repair. They apparently don't stand behind their workmanship.

I’ve been storing my RV there for over 20 years the new owner has done a amazing transformation with the Business besides a secure sites there they also do anything that needs to be done with RVs repairs plus a parts store ?

First time customer, and I am not one that usually leaves reviews. But this time I have to.Eric and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional.I can be very fussy when I want things done. Eric took his time with me and explained what my options were and the best route to take. As I was hooking up ready to leave, I noticed an issue that wasn't on the work order, and at 4:30 on a blazing hot Friday afternoon Eric without hesitation fixed the problem and made sure I was satified before I left the shop. Owning an RV I know it needs maintenance. I will not hesitate to call. You shouldn't either

They have rescued us several times. Our latest snafu was driving away from our front jack/stabilizer. Eric was waiting for us and swapped out a new front jack. Fast, fabulous, friendly service. Prices are extremely fair! We absolutely recommend them highly. Other mishaps include bending the front steps by running over a curb, fixing our breakaway cable and recommending an detailer for the RV. Look no further!!

They fixed my bent slider rail while I waited. Thought I had to buy a new Slider Frame for over 800.00 just for parts no including labor to install. But Eric straighten the bent rail for under 200.00 while I waited. I would give them 10 stars if I could Excellent Professional Serive and very Friendly Staff!

Very disappointing. Our generator was not working properly. We were told by Onan to call them. We had to drive nearly an hour to get there. Upon arrival we left the RV with them. We called around lunch and they said they could find nothing wrong with our generator. We went back to our RV and tried to start it but it was still giving the same code of 27. It was still in engine run only mode. Eric said he had run the AC and everything. He had but it had been off our lithium batteries. So then he check the voltage at the ATS and says yep no voltage. It’s the voltage regulator. He said they didn’t have that part and that Onan was down so he couldn’t look it up. He said he would email me the part number as I wouldn’t be in town much longer and that it was taking several weeks to get parts in.He never sent the email. So I looked it up my self. Turns out when I looked up the diagnostic tests for code 27, he performed none of these. So I was charged $175.48 for nothing.I would not recommend them.

These guys were able to take in our RV and repair a fridge issue that saved our vacation when everyone else said they were booked out 6 weeks. Can't say enough good things about Eric and his team!

I would not even leave one star for this facility. After the way I personally witnessed Eric treat my friend regarding damage to her camper during its stay and total denial and ownership, I would not recommend storing your motorhome, camper, or wheelbarrow there. Nasty person to deal with. The old addage the customer is always right doesn't apply here. Dead battery, that was suppose to be started once a month, not. Winterizing memo, not. Don't go there.
