DETAINED AGAINST MY WILL!! Granby Street Wendy’s will never see another DOLLAR of my funds! I visited Wendy’s late this evening via the drive-thru. Upon entering the drivethru I recognized tall steel cones barricading drivers into the single drive thru lanes. Once a vehicle enters the drive thru, there is NO POSSIBLE RECOURSE to exit. After waiting 25min to reach the intercom I placed my order. Twenty five minutes unable to escape or reconsider this decision. I was not informed of any abnormalities or extenuating circumstances that might delay my order. Cars began piling up behind me as I waited at the intercom for the vehicles in front of me to advance forward. Another 50 minutes elapsed without me reaching the drive thru window!! FIFTY!! I had long since decided to abandon this order and pursue other avenues however the tall steel structures surrounding the drive thru lanes prevented any vehicles from exiting the drive thru. Ultimately well over an HOUR of my time and fuel was wasted as I awaited the opportunity to be released from the Granby St Wendy’s drivethru. Unbelievable!!

Went to Wendy’s for lunch and ask for a chicken sandwich biggie bag. I asked the worker who makes the sandwiches to please change her gloves because I have a pork allergy. She stated she just change her gloves and continue to make my sandwich. I stated to the worker. When I walked in them were the same gloves I seen she had on. I then stated could she remake my sandwich and change her gloves. She walked away from making my sandwich and another employee went to change her gloves and make my sandwich. This is unacceptable and I will be talking to a general manager.

BAD. EVERYTHING was awful. From the food quality to the customer service. The employees were extremely rude to each other and didn’t even acknowledge us as customers. Definitely do not recommend this location and will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a kids meal for my son, the fries were okay but the cheeseburger that they gave me was cold and didn’t seem fresh at all. The milk bottle that they gave me was already half gone. I tried to call to speak to someone about it multiple times and no one picked up. So I went back in person to address a worker about the issue and she was really unprofessional and rude. She gave me new cheeseburgers but as for the milk she didn’t give me a new one because she said I had drunk it but how could I if I got it for my son and I haven’t even picked him up yet. The milk came half gone.

Wendy's has come a long way since the early days. Decent menu, healthy choices, massive selection of soft drinks and more. This particular restaurant was completely rebuilt. Very nice now.

Wendy's food is usually very good but the service at the Granby St. Location is very poor. Fast food restaurants needs to stop cutting employees causing long waits. Don't bother going inside or you will be there until your legs fall off. I am a senior and if I go inside, I need to bring my walker, not only to sit in line but to get my food to a table. They could care less how long you wait, or if you're crippled and blind. Very rude employees. But you know what they say "a tree is known (owner) by the fruit it bears" (workers).

DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP - The app will let you order and pay but this restaurant will claim to have no record of it. I spent 40 minutes speaking with the manager about a $20 order and she finally believed me after proving on the app that I ordered and paid. She did not want to assist me in any way and wanted to blame the app and thought I would just go away. This was one of my favorite restaurants at one time. Boycotting from now to eternity.

The young lady with the blue hair and nails, working the front counter, is rude and unprofessional, acts like you are bothering her, must not like her job. I'll make a suggestion the money spent on those nails and wig, feel free to get some etiquette classes you need them, and in food service you should not have nails that long anyway its unsanitary, so if you choose to be rude and unkind when you get what give, you can't say anything, your manager should address your lack of customer service skills...

A place you can go and either dine in or take out and know that the service and food are both excellentDietary restrictions: To patrons who have dietary restrictions I would advice to check out the Wendys nutritional guide on their website it is easy to understand .Parking: Location for parking are at the front, side and rear of store . The wheelchair accessible is at the front of store .
