Banker Bette that i had seen today was AMAZING. She understood everything I had to say even as complexed as my situation was. She took things step by step and walked me through every detail. She fixed such a complexing situation within minutes. Without her, things probably would’ve taken a worse turn for me!

I gave this branch 5 star for only one reason Daniel Noriega Branch Manager. I have encountered and interacted with him and several occasions and never once was he rude or unfriendly. He is very patient, humble and respectful. He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. If you don’t believe me, next time you are in the bank ask to speak to him. He deserves a raise and promotion (Lol). He is definitely a Asset to Wells Fargo and should be seen as such.

Worst bank ever I don’t get how any small business can work with this bank, just started and this bank not the branch blocked every transaction I made even after I called and explained that I authorize it instead of unblocking during the weekend the lock the account and are making me go into a branch to unlock after I told them why would you block the account if the transaction is legit. Flagged for being suspicious after I validate it three different times. Worst bank I understand you want to be safe for the member but if I’m telling you I authorize it what is your problem. Do yourself a favor go anywhere but this company for banking solutions. Their is a reason they have been hit with so many lawsuits and government involvement this company will be out of business in a few years. If I could rate a zero star I would the worst.

They always go above and beyond at this branch! Happy , smiling and helpful. The manager sat on the phone with online banking just to get me all set up!

My son needed to open a new account there ( I am a customer) and they would not do it because it would be after closing time when they finished. Because they would not do it he can't get a money order and will lose out on the apartment that he was approved for. He will now be homeless until he finds another place. He will have to start the apartment application over again. He just moved to Connecticut from Tx. I tried to call this branch all afternoon but they do not answer and it rolls to the main line. Horrible service. There motto of we are here to help is a big fat lie and a joke!!!

The total amount of adjust online banking was 240000 puts needed for the few Quillion given by magistrate of ?? and claims did ral well in telling on Colorado,CA,WA for their negligence in creating fictional problems.

I do not bank with WF but have mortgage which is being refinanced. Twice this week there were “online” issues with the process and I was sent to branch to overcome them. Was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was attended to, how competent the reps were and they could not have been more courteous and helpful. There is still hope in a COVID world!

Terrible customer services!! I arrive at the bank to add my fiancé to my account and two personal banker stand over there talking and one finally asked how can she helped. I answered we want to add him to my account and she respond she can’t now because she’s waiting for her appointment which is late 20 minutes, the other personal banker didn’t even said anything. My fiancé said how about since he is late you just add me quick and when he arrive you stop and we wait, she said now. We left and drove 20 minutes to Hartford branch it took the personal Banker 10 minutes to help us to add my fiancé to my account. Even the teller was very friendly and asked us how he can help us and he said please seat and wait and we will be help shortly
