My son needed to open a new account there ( I am a customer) and they would not do it because it would be after closing time when they finished. Because they would not do it he can't get a money order and will lose out on the apartment that he was approved for. He will now be homeless until he finds another place. He will have to start the apartment application over again. He just moved to Connecticut from Tx. I tried to call this branch all afternoon but they do not answer and it rolls to the main line. Horrible service. There motto of we are here to help is a big fat lie and a joke!!!

Ohh my god every time you go long line and less Cashier and some time they don't know what they doing

This branch is indicative of the Wells Fargo corporate mantra, screw the customer. Waited over 1 hour in drive through teller. Mind you I was the 6th car. Wasn't allowed to speak with a manager either.

In drive through, just hit 10 min waiting and not a single car in my line has moved up. Also, second time this has happened. :-(
