initially gave a bad review, as they could edit my order after selling me an out of stock item and having my bank go negative after a refund attempt, they corrected the issue quickly after my bad review, but refused to allow me to edit my order, would have to wait 3.-7 business days for the refund to clear back into my account, then reorder an in stock intake. for customers spending 500 at a time, its super inconvenient, all out of stock items should be listed as out of stock so customers dont have to wait over a month for their parts. i appriate you fixing the issue but will most likely not be buying from you as this has just been too much of a hassle. bought an axle back a while back, that was great,, really too bad, cause i still need way more.

Started off good with previous ordered parts. Now I ordered 8-4-23 and they won’t even update when the remainder of my order will ship. Other companies offer the parts by 9-2. This was a $1900 order and they don’t even care. They are middlemen they have no warehousing. Pretty sure that’s why everyone else is $30-$60 cheaper. Do your homework before your stuck for a month waiting on the last $900 worth of parts in the order.

Came into the shop on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. Was having an issue getting a snapping in place for a BOV adapter. The staff Assisted me and save me a lot of time and effort getting the ring snug on the adapter. Wasn’t even for a Subaru. The storefront was very nice.

Highly recommend Subimods! Bought a set of wheels for my 240sx, the staff there were really helpful when I was trying to decide which specs I wanted. Selection was great, they had a wide range of specs as well as colors/finishes. Prices were great and my order was processed and shipped extremely fast. Will definitely order through Subimods in the future. Very happy with the experience.

UPDATE Aug 22 1:30 pm *****Steve Director of Operations contacted me this afternoon and apologized.He is having a intake tube shipped overnight. it doesn't fix all my problems but definitely shows they do care about customers service and i will give them a 2nd chance.******ordered from subimods in the past for my 22 wrx , just little things like black badges and a strut brace and had no problems at all. I ordered a mishimoto cold air intake on Aug 16th , shipped pon Aug 18th and delivered on the 21st. I had my buddy set up a tune at his shop for the 22nd and he had to pull some strings to get me in due to being booked solid. So i open the box and its missing the intake tube.i emailed them and told them about my issue with pictures and had to cancel my appointment for the tune ( while looking like a jackass after my buddy pulled strings for me). All i got was sorry for the inconvenience and sent the manufacturer a message. No time frame ,no we'll hurry to resolve the problem. I was gonna order a cobb tuner , new top mount intercooler , coilovers, ect . I really cant trust to order from them again!

Their shipping situation is atrocious!And… it was purchased on Saturday, July 22nd! lol! It took 10 days for my shipment to go from Connecticut to Maine, with paying 20 dollars for shipping! That “pass the buck” thing y’all do is hilarious! Take Care Subimods! ?

I ordered a brake light for my WRX. On July 11th. It has been almost two weeks and my order is still unfulfilled. Haven’t had any kind of update regarding my order either.

Purchased ACT heavy duty race 6 puck clutch kit w/flywheel package. Missing 6 puck clutch.I've emailed support, plan to call tomorrow hopefully they'll square it away for me. Not sure how you'd miss these items while shipping.....Not on subimods side but the manufacturer.Just received the 6 puck clutch today.Customer Support was awesome with communication.

Have ordered aftermarket parts from a few sites in the past few months. Three overlays and emblem replacement ordered from Subimods on 05/24, should be delivered 06/06. By far the slowest fulfillment and shipping experience so far. They are on the east coast and I'm in the West, and there was a holiday in between. Understand they are busy (second star added for quick customer service response this morning, stating such), but so am I, so in the future I'll take my business to someone who can fill and ship my orders quickly.

Super slow processing. My order was placed on May 25. It is still showing as unfulfilled. I spent over $1,600 on this order and I’m questioning when my order will be shipped? This is insane. I’m typically very patient but 8 days (5 business days) to process an order??? Very unhappy. I wouldn’t have ordered through them if I knew this was how it would go.

Horrible customer service, got a brand new oils catch can, it’s been a little over two months, it’s completely brand new in box. They didn’t want to issue me refund, even though Cobb and Perrin (Better Companies) helped me out as I was not able to keep the car. And their orders were over 90 days over. But everything was still brand new in box. Money hungry animals waiting to get your money, not whiling to give anything back. I will not be spending money on this site again.
