This location is so unprofessional... I went there to get a new chip ... I waited for 45 minutes , no said anything to... Then It was finally my turn and the employee took her friend and skipped me ... I was so upset... I said "you going to just skip me" she said he was here yesterday.. What ? ... The manager Chris sat right there and didn't say a word.. I no longer want to be a T mobile customer ???

The staff at this location on Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield was courteous and super helpful. I got waited on right away and got the issue I came for resolved quickly. Can't ask for better service than that! I came late in the day too, which can sometimes mean tired salespeople anxious to close up. Not this crew! Thanks!

U have very poor customer service also your self help app isn't working properly ever (month) I experienced this problem for the last two months I will find another carrier if this continues

SMH!!!!???I ASKED FOR AN ANDROID CHARGER AND THE SALES ASSOCIATE GAVE ME THE WRONG CHARGER FOR MY PHONE!!!!!!!!SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME TO SEE MY PHONE TO MAKE SURE IF THE CHARGER FITS MY PHONE, MIND YOU I WASTED $53!!I HOPE Y'ALL DON'T TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS SMH

The best experience hands down I've ever had at a tmobile location. The employees there were very helpful and walked me through my new device and let me tell you it took a while but they were always patient.

The absolute worse t-mobile location I've visited in over 20 years. I'm embarrassed to have suggested my neighbor to switch to t-mobile. Went to the Bloomfield location so my neighbor could open a new account and waited more than 15 minutes with none of the 3 employees even noticing we were there. People who arrived before us started leaving and we shortly understood why. I asked 1 of the employees if there was a signing list or anywhere to get in line and his response was "he was with a customer. " The employees working at this location on August 8, 2022, at 12:30pm, should definitely get fired.

T-Mobile Bloomfield is the worst T-Mobile location I've ever dealt with.I went here 3 months ago to buy a new phone and a watch. After the representatives basically ignored me for half an hour, I was finally able to buy the phone, but was told I couldn't get a watch.Fine whatever, ordered one direct from T Mobile.Come my first bill cycle with the new phone, all the sudden my voice is shut off and my watch doesn't work.After 2 hours on hold with T Mobile trying to figure things out, we found out that the store put my on a "Deaf person's" plan which removes voice and calling.... Now I have no idea how this could happen, considering I talked to them, but whatever. Apparently they forward dated the change to my account and it also jumped my bill up.It took me 3 billing cycles to finally fix all the issues they caused with my accountI'll never go back to this horrible location.

RUDE employee, Horrible experience. I went today in store to upgrade 2 phones. I own one phone and lease the other with one month left on the lease. My plan was to keep my phone plan the same and pay in full for two iPhone 13 Pros and the last month of my lease. The employee that "helped" me instead ignored me, talked over me, and was blatantly incorrect. He said, "I'm going to change your plan to a 9 month buy out because you're throwing away money renting your current phone." I explained to him 3 times that I did not request that my plan be changed, that buying out a phone that I was almost done leasing made no sense and that his plan would not save me money. Then the employee falsely claimed that if I tried to upgrade my phone that I'd have to pay off the balance left on my phone and that I couldn't upgrade the phone without paying it off. I explained again that the only way I'd have to pay off a balance on the phone that I am LEASING is if I do what he was trying to do and switch to a buy out option. Again, the employee refused to listen, talked over me, insisted that he was correct, and only wanted to make the changes that he wanted to MY account for almost 30 minutes. He even falsely claimed that if I went online I'd have to pay off the phone before upgrading. I left the store without the phones that I was planning on paying for in full and went online, got both of the upgrades that I wanted and only had to pay the $24 left on my lease. The store however was out the 1800 I would have spent there and I had such a horrible experience that after 10 years with Sprint/TMobile I seriously considered closing my account.

The most unprofessional, unhelpful, no home training the 3 men that worked there the morning of December 15, 2021. Bloomfield ,ct ,copaco officeNo greeting, no welcome, no hello, no acknowledgement of another customer entering the store. This was the most wasted 30 minutes of my life. With no regard for customer service and longtime customers. I will be canceling my lines and advise all to find a company that teaches values and manners to the employees. NEVER GOING BACK AND ENDING SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. Teach them customer service and manners

I walked in this store upset and walked out very pleased. I worked with Chrispen and he resolved issues I’ve been having with this company for the last 5 months. I was ready to turn the store upside down but Chris calmed me down, understood where i was coming from and explained everything to me clearly. I’ll stay coming to this location for him solely! Great guy!
