**update, the person for whom the test was needed died. UTI went into their kidneys, elderly person who ended up hospitalized. Quest did have the sample. They did not run it. It sat in the fridge over the weekend into the week.Original post: I tried to get the status of a sample that had to be left after hours, only because they closed early was it left in the drop box. The Saturday phlebotomist that was filling in was passive aggressive to say the least. She was rude and I think she does that to get out of working, I finally got my question answered and ended the call. Patients, please ask your insurance for another lab.

Writing a review because the previous ones seem a bit outdated... This place is spotless (it must have been recently renovated) They now have a completely automated check-in, which did cause me a bit of confusion (the staff didn't see that I checked in on their end, even though it showed up on my end). Regardless, they came and got me within five minutes. The person dealing with us was very nice and made the experience as smooth as possible. I got results the next day.

The attention in this quest is terrible, the staff is not friendly, they don't help you, they leave you waiting for a long time, in the other Quests that we have gone it is perfect, but here they will not attend you even if the waiting room is empty, it is disappointing .

How is this dirty place still open? Also there was absolutely NO ONE in here and they lady said I could be waiting up to 5 hours because I didn’t have and appointment because they have appointments every 10 min. NOBODY is in there. I don’t understand how you have this place surrounded by DR offices knowing this patients will need blood work and they can’t even get it without waiting 5 hours makes no sense

the old male Technician is so rude I personally think he needs to retire or be given some education on how to speak to customers since he does not know how to speak to other humans.

Wish I could give zero stars. No wonder this location is dead. The Asian woman who works here is rude, unprofessional, and lazy. She does t want to work so she turns patients away. Place is empty and doesn’t close for over an hour. No patients and will not take any patients. Won’t return.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Made an appointment and still waited over 40 mins. Walked out without testing. WASTE OF TIME! This office needs to get more organized and COMMUNICATE with those in the waiting room if there is a delay.

Only reason for giving 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that I made 2 unnecessary trips. Hours listed on Google maps are not up-to-date, website scheduler and phone number were not working.The phlebotomist who did my bloodwork was awesome, though! She was fast, friendly, and careful; had virtually no pain or bruising afterwards.

The doc went way above and beyond to help resolve a test order logistical issue. I imagine most would’ve simply cited policy and turned my daughter and I away, but this doc helped us work the system to get our needs met.

The male technician who drew my blood was rude, unprofessional, barked orders, made me feel rushed, and hurt me drawing blood. It is my second time with the same person. My experience was highly unpleasant both times. I will not use this location again. The company should take notice of such unprofessional behaviors.

Location is hard to find, and a cellular deadzone making it impossible to check in online. In the 15 minutes it took my fiance and I to look up a phone number and connect a call with the office, the door was locked, blinds were drawn and the office closed. Horrible experience all around, will actively encourage others to avoid using this location and it's services.
