This location was very accommodating with me not having an appointment. The process of checking in was easy and the staff communicated well with the patients that were in the waiting area. The office was extremely clean and I was in and out with in 45 minutes. I recommend the Bloomfield location.

My mother had a horrible experience there regarding blood test that doctor faxed over..my mother went there and one of lab technicians literally yelled at her because paperwork wasn't there yet..extremely unprofessional..deserves to be fired.

Unbelievable. Received a bill for $1300 for lab tests which I verified at the time of service was covered and additionally paid a $40 copay using my debit card. Only to receive a bill months later reflecting insurance paid $0. I called the billing department and the tech was not able to verify my insurance ID. The bill did not state this. I asked a simple question. I stated, I understand that there is a typo where the tech missed a letter from my insurance ID, however guests upload a copy of their insurance ID front/back at the kiosk before service is rendered. Why would Quest not kick it back to the tech or location who submitted it and ask to review the ID photo in their system to verify for typos before inconveniencing the guest? The billing rep proceeded to argue with me rather than take the suggestion as feedback to management. It’s a valid point. What is the point of having guests/customers upload the ID card? Basic follow up and review of information they already have on hand would have saved time and paper mailing unnecessary bills. Very rude. No apology for the inconvenience and error on their part. Glad this seems to be resolved. But they will need to bill me again for $40 copay as they clarified it is only charged once they get paid by insurance and there’s a remaining balance. Complete foolishness. Will be making sure they input the correct ID info next time.

I went to the Windsor Questwith a pre made appointment and when I got there they said I did not have one scheduled so I would be treated as a walk in . Severalothet patients were treated In this way while I was there . The staff... especially a thin older gentleman was quite rude to everyone. After an hour I made an appointment at the Bloomfield Cottage Grove road location. As always the staff was prompt ,fast, considerate and kind . Although I live on block from the Windsor quest will never go there again and will go to Bloomfield instead

**update, the person for whom the test was needed died. UTI went into their kidneys, elderly person who ended up hospitalized. Quest did have the sample. They did not run it. It sat in the fridge over the weekend into the week.Original post: I tried to get the status of a sample that had to be left after hours, only because they closed early was it left in the drop box. The Saturday phlebotomist that was filling in was passive aggressive to say the least. She was rude and I think she does that to get out of working, I finally got my question answered and ended the call. Patients, please ask your insurance for another lab.

Writing a review because the previous ones seem a bit outdated... This place is spotless (it must have been recently renovated) They now have a completely automated check-in, which did cause me a bit of confusion (the staff didn't see that I checked in on their end, even though it showed up on my end). Regardless, they came and got me within five minutes. The person dealing with us was very nice and made the experience as smooth as possible. I got results the next day.

The attention in this quest is terrible, the staff is not friendly, they don't help you, they leave you waiting for a long time, in the other Quests that we have gone it is perfect, but here they will not attend you even if the waiting room is empty, it is disappointing .

How is this dirty place still open? Also there was absolutely NO ONE in here and they lady said I could be waiting up to 5 hours because I didn’t have and appointment because they have appointments every 10 min. NOBODY is in there. I don’t understand how you have this place surrounded by DR offices knowing this patients will need blood work and they can’t even get it without waiting 5 hours makes no sense

the old male Technician is so rude I personally think he needs to retire or be given some education on how to speak to customers since he does not know how to speak to other humans.

Wish I could give zero stars. No wonder this location is dead. The Asian woman who works here is rude, unprofessional, and lazy. She does t want to work so she turns patients away. Place is empty and doesn’t close for over an hour. No patients and will not take any patients. Won’t return.
