Liberty, Liberty, Li ber ty, Li ber ty.Wait that's the insurance company... this is the bank. They have a lot of money here. Much more than I'm allowed access to.The bankers are very nice and always pleasant. The money is always green, except for the change. That stuff is pretty metallic. They sell financial products here so you can make even more money. Most importantly, they are not those f*@kers at Bank of America where they steal your money, or Wells Fargo where they steal your identity. So far, this bank has treated me with respect, unlike all the massive banks.

Awful customer service, no answers to any of my questions, always saying that ‘we will look into it’ but they never get back with answers.

If it's 1155 and you close at 12 you should not be closed already

This is the 2nd time the ATM at this branch has either malfunctioned or refused to let me withdraw cash because I had not used my card since this was Simsbury Bank7-10 days to get a new card...which now the ATM nearly kept on me as it “rebooted itself”Simsbury Bank was a wonderful banking experience. Liberty Bank does not seem to try hard at anythingProbably going to have to research another bank...maybe in Simsbury CT (Northwest Community??)

They have people standing in the rain and snow at the teller drive through. This is ridiculous and I say you are a community bank. I ha e pics to show. I know it’s Covid but wearing a mask should be good enough. You need to open your branches now. I am taking my business to Bank of America.

I like the people who work there but not quite the Bank itself. Employees are very patient and helpful on problems, as some are kept from Simsbury Bank. Good luck.

This location is not good for business. I’ve called several times before I actually stepped foot in the banking branch and no one answered. I had to call a branch in west Hartford to get the information I needed before driving all the way to Bloomfield. Then when I got there, I witnessed one of the tellers look at the phone while it was ringing and not pick it up. Just because you don’t recognize the number doesn’t mean you have to ignore the caller. Is that how you treat your customers? I don’t think I want to continue my business with liberty bank. How do I know if I go somewhere else it will be the same? That is just ridiculous

What a shame that Simsbury Bank was bought out by Liberty Bank. The phone app is clumsy at best and when the bank started charging statement fees in April there was no way to opt out without a desktop. I only have a phone and customer service would not do it over the phone and of course it could not be done in person. I went to the bank today to close my account and they charged me a fee for the bank check. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years-what a poor way to be treated.
