I needed coverage in CT, and when I first called, a lovely representative named Subha answered. I mentioned I was on a time crunch, and she assured me that Joe would call me as soon as he finished with his client. He got in touch shortly after, and was incredibly patient, listening to all of my concerns. Joe took the time to thoroughly explain my policy, making sure I understood everything. “Coe and his staff have been very helpful. They helped reduce my car insurance with “ drive safe” and a safe driving course. Both are easy to do and they can reduce your insurance.
Also my roof had hail and wind damage. At first State Farm was only replacing half of my roof. I asked Coe to see what he could do. Coe came through and now my whole roof will be replaced. I am very happy with State Farm and Coe’s office and staff.

He was able to get me a better rate and the service so far has been worth paying extra. That was many years ago. Plus they have an actual office with awesome staff. Not sure what else I could ask.
