I called ahead of time because my husband and I are helping his elderly uncle with his paperwork. Due to his health, he doesn't want to spend time in an office with unmasked employees and customers and neither do we.I was told that I could drop off his paperwork for him and he wouldn't need to sign anything until the return was complete. When my husband brought the paperwork in, he was told his uncle DOES have to sign a form to begin the tax preparation.If the person on the phone had given me the correct information, he could have brought his uncle with him in the car to sign, now we have to bring him the paperwork to sign and bring it back with all his paperwork again, wasting a half hour of our time going back and forth. If you can't get the little details right, how can we trust you with his taxes?But wait, it gets worse. My husband went back with the papers his uncle had to sign and tried to drop off the paperwork. He was then told he had to wait while everything was scanned. It was another almost hour of our time wasted. This is not what "dropping off" means! Why is this even an option when it's basically doing the very thing we were trying to avoid -- spending a significant amount of time indoors with a bunch of uncareful, unmasked potential Covid spreaders for an hour.The person who answered the phone on Friday is bad at explaining how your business works. Your website is similarly bad at it. And your business is bad at being convenient and efficient. You would have lost our business, but luckily for you, his uncle is old and his previous year's info. is already in your system.

Never again. Better off doing your taxes on your own through turbo tax. 100% guarantee- is a joke. Lost us hundreds of dollars on our refund and hours of time.

Had an appointment at 11:00 am, waited 30 minutes before I walked out because they couldn’t find the employee to do taxes. I will NEVER come to this location again.
