Slowest customer service desk I've ever been to.It's not just one employee. It's anything to do with the department, any day of the week at any time.Curbside pickup, returns, order pickup.. they are not in a rush for anything.I avoid this store whenever possible.I drive 10-15 minutes further to any other store because I will save that time at that store.

It looked like any other Home Depot, it was Super bowl Sunday when I was here so the store was pretty empty and also really clean. YMMV.

Don’t shop here!! The staff is lazy and will not help you. I needed a wooden board above my head I was redirected to another product that was glued. Ruined my craft. They wouldn’t refund me my money. Going to Lowe’s from now on…..

Went to get keys made. I didn’t want to use the Minute Key Machine because it doesn’t want to take our keys. Asked an associate who could help us, he pointed to a guy. My husband asks him when he has a minute if he’d be able to help him at their Key Center. The guy turns around and goes “that’s what the minute key machine is F’n for” my husband said don’t bother since you’re just too busy, the guy walks over to the key kiosk, refuses to look at us and puts his hand out rudely waiting for someone to give him a key. I told him not to bother and we left. The whole reason there’s a key center there is to have keys made. There was also another guy waiting who didn’t want to use the minute key because his keys also don’t work in the machine. I’ll never give this specific home depot my money again.

I feel like every time Im in the store , I’m being racially profiled . What amazes me it’s by my own kind . Today I went into the store with a family member , an older woman in the home improvement station (windows , patios , exterior ) stopped and asked us if we need help . We told her we were fine , because we knew exactly what we were looking for and where to find it . She said okay & as we continued to walk she asked us “ Are you guys staying out of trouble ?” And my brother and we’re very confused as what she meant by that and how she even thought that was an appropriate thing to say to us . Like what exactly within that 1 minute interaction gave her enough information for her to even formulate such a sentence to us . We do not know this woman or ever spoken to her before . I just felt it was very inappropriate . To make things even more uncomfortable , we went to “self check out “ & the attendant their self volunteered to check out our items for us as though we didn’t know how to or something . What didn’t make sense was that there was other people in the self check out area that were all checking out their own merchandise without supervision. I’m standing there wondering why is it that I’m being assisted with out my request, it made no sense . This isn’t the first time this has occurred where I’m not the one checking out my own merchandise while others continue to self scan there own items. There needs to be some kind of dialogue had . I’m pretty sure there are people who come to this establishment and steal but I’m not one of them . This experience made me feel as though I was a criminal whether or not it was intended to do so . If you look at my shopping history on my account you can seen that I’ve purchase numerous amount of items from this place . If I choose to spend my dollar I should at least be able to do so in a place that has more of a welcoming environment . I refuse to experience what occurred today ever again , especially when I’m paying for products , this isn’t an experience that I would ever choose to pay for again.

I love going to Home Depot and Lowes. But my go to place is Home Depot. Staff are very, very friendly, they can answer almost all of your questions and are very helpfull in finding what you need.

I'm a pro customer. Spend thousands easily in a month. I don't appreciate being rudely racially profiled before finishing my purchase. As the cashier literally invaded my personal space to count what I rang as im pulling out?y credit card to pay. Asking repeatedly if I can help him he dismissed my question with "thank you". Asking again, still no direct answer. I knew what he was doing. He knew what he was doing. Check the receipt at the door like every other box store.Planned on spending thousands on remodeling my new home with home Depot. Not anymore. I'm taking my money to Lowe's. Lowe's gave me a higher line of credit anyway.Bye Depot...do better next time.

No help and full of employees that just don’t care. Sad. I will spend my money on the competition. Far more with it. Not even worth 1 star.

Sometimes they have what you're looking for, if you know exactly what it is and where to find it but if you need any help there is no one to help, let alone asking for help will leave spinning in limbo

Yes Bloomfield Home Depot is a busy store. Yhey usually have what I need. If not they will check nearby stores if you ask nicely. I like the place prices are very good.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Most workers were very unwilling to help out. The hardware section was in complete disarray, it wasn't possible to find things we were looking for. The one exception in our experience was CJ, who went out of her way to help us. We needed something that was on top of the rack and needed to be brought down with a forklift. CJ called a number of times for the forklift driver who was responsible for that area and he was nowhere to be found. Eventually CJ took it upon herself to get the forklift driver from another area and bring him over to help us. She went above and beyond and should be considered for management or executive training because she alone has an understanding of the need to provide customer service.

Can't believe the lack of competency in this particular store. We went in to get a shop vac attachment, and all the bins that had all the parts were empty. When I asked someone if there were any more in stock she said she would get somebody and I waited for 15 minutes and nobody came. The store is poorly staffed and completelyunderstocked. Whatever happened to good old-fashioned service ?nobody knows anything in that store,it's like they're just there to collect the paycheck, what a waste of valuable time.
