There is a very tacky looking OLD racist white lady that works there. And when confronted with her racial profiling, the management did nothing to rectify the situation. Not even an apology to their African American customers.

This establishment racially profiles people. Video circulating online showing the lady being extremely rude and racist to a black customer and her excuse is that they were robbed last year. Apparently they think every person of color is a suspect now.

If it was possible to leave a 0 star review I would !! My experience here is best described as traumatic ! I love the wine selection and the layout so much I decided to make a TikTok post about this place now of course this requires taking pictures and videos... there are no signs stating that either is allowed but I was rudely approached by an older woman who works there saying "I kno ur not in here taking pictures" her tone and demeanor was so disrespectful however I tried to explain that I was looking for a house warning gift and all I could get from her was that they were robbed a year prior !! I was so mortified ! what did I have to do with the store being robbed ? Does she approach every black person this way !

My friend (female) inadvertently parked in one of their reserved spots. Obviously the man who came out when we were leaving did not get the kindness memo. He told her that these were reserved, that she'd been there over an hour and that if she did it again, he'd call the police. Don't think he would have even as nasty and threatening to a man. Will spread the word not to patronize this store.

Shopped here once and won’t again. The first time I went the employees were very nice and helpful. Second time there was an older white male, and the way he talks to minorities is terrible.
