“I love the store. There's so much choices, but there is one area of opportunity. I work in customer service and I tell my team if it's quiet trust me if there's one person in the store they can hear everything and I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I will tell you the language that came out of one of the store reps talking to another rep was extremely unprofessional. Using profound words that were unnecessary. I almost walked up to her and said something she seems like a sweet girl, but that type of language is not kept in the store even if they think no one's listening, I heard everything.I definitely would coach the team on being careful what they say and when they say it. Use the back office they need to discuss personal issues.”

“I've been going to the Marshalls & HomeGoods on Bishop's Corner for a long time, probably about 20 years. There's all kinds of things you can find here. Kitchen tools, towels and sheets, clothes for the whole family, shoes and purses. You can also find some random pieces of furniture, like an investment accent chair. There are two ways to enter this store, one is at the front, the other is at the rear where the Target is. There is plenty of parking at the back of the store. They also have cashiers at both entrances. This makes the wait to check out much faster. Granted, there are times when I'd walk out empty handed, because they didn't have what I'm looking for. New inventory is added to the the store multiple times a week. This is a great store for your home needs. Currently there's plenty of Halloween and Christmas decor.”

On my most recent trip, I purchased the peach rings with tajin, mango chili taffy, fat free coffee flavoring, supplements, and home decor.I noticed that the aisles were really cramped especially walking through with a cart; it will not fit two carts so if there is another person in the aisle, there might be a cart accident lol.Cashiers has been pretty friendly so far. This is the closest HG to me so I'll be frequenting it.”
