This is the worst pharmacy you could possibly use. The people that work there are horrible, disrespectful, and uncaring. Apparently the pharmacist decided to just leave at 1 today so no one was able to get any of their medication. They told me at 8am they were working on my medication, then I get a text that its ready, drive there and get told to go home because they randomly closed early. Overall, it is disorganized, unhelpful, and everyone in that place needs customer service training.

The store and pharmacy are both very unorganized and unprofessional. The drive thru pharmacy is either closed or if it is open they make you wait for 10-15 minutes before coming to the window. The store inside is really dirty. The carpets look like they’ve never been vacuumed, the availability of items is low. The makeup is expired and dried up. Bought a mascara that was all crumbled and cracked from being on the shelf too long, went to exchange it for something else and they gave me a hard time saying that that particular brand is very popular so she didn’t know why I would return it, completely missed the point that It’s expired… I am done going here. I hope they redo the store and update it because there’s not many pharmacies in Bloomfield especially in this area. It would be nice to have a newer pharmacy with good management

The pharmacy end of this CVS is perfectly fine. Never had any major issues there. My problem is with the front in. Usually when I go there the cashiers are nice and helpful. One of the last times I went there I asked this older Jamaican female cashier about a product on their website. It said online it was in stock, and she walked from behind the counter with a huge attitude to the aisle. Looked over it for 5 seconds and said “we don’t have it”. I asked if she could check in the back and she refused. Taken aback by her rudeness I went about my business looking for a substitute. As I was looking another customer approached me and asked what I was looking for. I told him & explained what the cashier said. That was it. Mind you, we were speaking QUIETLY and CASUALLY. The same female employee starts yelling from behind the counter. “WE DONT ALWAYS HAVE ONLINE PRODUCTS IN STOCK” or something to that effect. I want to point out again I was never ever rude to her. Nor did I ask a second time about the product. I didn’t approach her again after she told me they didn’t have it. So for her to eavesdrop on a conversation I was having with another customer only to yell was very rude and uncalled for. I’ll never forget that experience because that CVS is normally pleasant. They need to let that lady go. Beware!

Cashier tried to make me believe I dropped my product outside and lost it. But when I came back inside when I realized it wasn't in my bag I saw it near the register. She moved it when I came up to ask about it and accused me of dropping it in the parking lot multiple times even though I already saw it near her. I didn't even bother arguing because she was adamant that I dropped it and it $9.

Horrible horrible horrible either they never answer calls or you are on hold for 45min or longer or they never answer. Go thru drive and you can easily sit in drive thru for well I only stayed for 25 mins so there's no telling. Horrible. With that being said if you are in pain or sick and this is a new script called in for you be ready to suffer.....

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Waiting 2 days for 1 prescription to be filled - every time I call, I am being told 20 minutes you will get a text. 2 Days - no text. Called to inquire the reason for the hold up after two days. Woman said you will get a text in 20 mins then hung up!

Three people working in the pharmacy and yet 15 minutes was not enough time for me to acquire rapid covid-19 tests with my insurance plan. I spent most of those 15 minutes waiting. When I arrived there was no one ahead of me, but it still took 5 minutes before anyone would pause long enough to tell me they did not have the test kits behind the counter and I had to pick them up from the display at the front of the store. Once I did that and returned to the pharmacy counter, I was stuck waiting in line until the pharmacy closed and they refused to process my transaction. There were two registers in the pharmacy pick-up area but apparently only one of the three women was competent to operate a register. I would advise anyone who values their time to find another pharmacy.

Some of the people in Pharmacy are extremely rude! I went to pick up my Mother's Rxs Sunday evening...I was waiting in line in the RX drive thru behind another car around 5:55. I know they close at 6:00...but I had to wait until the car in front of me was done. The person at the pharmacy could see my car and headlights...but as soon as I drove to the window, they locked the window, pulled down the shade, and wouldn't answer when I rang the bell! Those folks are extremely rude!
