The drive through pharmacy is a joke I waited i line for over 20 minutes Only one car in front of me at the window and then another 20 min when I finally drove up to the window Clearly this store is very short of staff Don't open a drive thru if you can service your customers

Absolutely the worst service ever. Rude and poorly managed. They are losing my business forever.

Reduced pharmacy hours, unfriendly & incompetent staff. Forget picking up meds, I waited in the drive through 30 mins, almost gave up, and waited another 30 minutes.

Super unhelpful staff. They literally never answer their phones for either customers, I was on hold for 1.5 hours before I gave up ,or doctors offices, they were on hold for over 2 hours before someone answered a phone to help resolve an issue. Even after the phone call with my doctor the issue was unresolved. The staff at the counter were incredibly rude and dismissive. They gave me zero information about how I can help fix the issue even when I specifically asked "is it an issue with insurance, the prescriber or them?" They responded with I don't know. I called my doctor and immediately switched my pharmacy and was able to get the prescription with in 30 minutes.

.counter your medicines before you leave; I was shorted three times in two weeks. The CVS is grossly understaffed. One day there was only one person there, a pharmacist, filling Scripps giving shots handling the drive-through and handling the cash register. When I call it takes usually a half an hour to get anyone to answer the phone. They are often out of medication. This is not a happy place to go.

This CVS pharmacy is unbelievably poorly managed. I am consistently disappointed with their lack of customer service. Everyone there is miserable; which i feel for, but... come on. Today, I just waited over 10 minutes to simply be acknowledged in the drivethru. Then he spent several more minutes bumping around trying to figure out where my script was. Finally, he processed my payment, didn't support the receipt and documents in the pass thru, and just watched as they blew away. "Are they gone?" He asked. With no inclination of even offering to apologize or reprint the receipt.

Oh my god dropping off/picking up prescriptions here is just a PAINFUL experience. Literally, I dread needing to come to this location - I'd rather spend a night in a hostel on the outskirts of town, where the proprietor makes it clear he's a cannibal & winks at you while saying, "wouldn't close your eyes if I were, afterall, I have a master key." I can't stand going to this location to pick up prescriptions. Seems there is never enough staff to answer the phone, help customers in line and get to the people at the drive through. You might see 2-3 people in the pharmacy, but they just focus on what they're doing & never look up or ahead - like, they don't want to help, or even make eye contact knowing that if they do, you'll ask a question or say "you gonna help your customers, or no?" I have to go to CVS because it's my healthcare provider's mandatory pharm & I actually tell them how bad this location is. It is downright PAINFUL to go to this location. CVS - I have an idea for you, after you fire the staff & hire more effective, customer-focused people... How about you put non-narcotic drugs in secure, locked bins & you assign pin #'s to customers so we can head to the store, swipe our payment, enter a pin & retrieve our own scripts? It's 2020 - Amazon/Whole Foods does it. Live in the now, man! Save us from yourself & your staff...

Great service. But one employee looks like her battery is always on low. Get more enthusiastic employees.
