Dirtty! I used to come in often on my breaks I work at one of the warehouses in the surrounding areas. I had to stop visiting this Cumberland Farms! fruit flies and bugs in the pastry case!!! Donuts NOT DATED, coffee never refilled/expired coffee grounds in the coffee. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Rude early morning employees. THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION

I have been stopping here for about two years on my way to work. All employees have been more or less friendly and comp I tent. There is anew person (2-3months) early mornings he is absolutely the rudess cashier ever. He won't speak. I bought a coffee and donut go to the register to pay he proceeds to poke then squeeze the donut in the package that was clearly visible through the cellophane window on the package. I was livid. I replaced my donut and told him to just look and don’t finger my food. He ran to the back to tell the manager. Then this morning 5/19/24 I arrive about 3:30 am and most of the coffee is out. I told the cashier she went immediately to refill the coffee. The same male employee comes out the backroom grabs a package of cereal and proceeds to eat it while smacking his mouth at the register. He has no concept of what customer service entails and should not be working with the public.

January 17th I went there at 4:00 a.m. to get a sandwich The manager said she wouldn't make me a sandwich and I said how come she said because I made one last time and you didn't take it I told her she was confused that I wasn't the person she was thinking of so she refused to give me a breakfast sandwich so sad because I go there everyday now I don't feel comfortable her attitude was out of control

Worst Cumberlands Farm ever.the supervisor lady is only disrespectful to men it's seems like she always have something smart to say .One cash register open on rush hour.with other employees acting like they busy.Need new supervisors

Cumberland farms provide hot beverages for only $1.38 any size, compared to other coffee shops you'll be spending 3 or 4 times more.Even the homeless, unemployed, underpaid is still able to afford a hot beverage and something to eat, Cumberland farms owners deserve five star rating for this.The one star rating is for the employees @ Cumberland farms, the employees they are so lazy.The lobby area is self-serve and Cumberland farms employees are not keeping that area clean for customers to prepare their own hot beverage or get a pastry to eat, the pastries needs to be individual wrapped, so the customers would not make contact to the other pastry on the shelf, several times I witness customers leaving the pastry glass door open flies can easily get in.Another thing I observed because the pastries are not individually wrapped, when the customers reach for the pastry the sugar ends up on the glass and it attracts flies.August 8th 2023 @ 7:00 amThe customer beverage area was a little bit cleaner, I also noticed that the pastry sliding doors was left open by a customer, the pastry shelving area has sugar everywhere,I also noticed for weeks now the floor is soaking wet and that can be dangerous someone can fall and they have some kind of fan continuously blowing on the floor to dried water up, there has to be a leak somewhere too much water to be sitting on the floor.This is the worst staff Cumberland farms has, someone has to be leading them incorrectly at this location why they operate like this so lazy they don't care, yet they feel as though they deserve a paycheck.I asked the cashier for a servings of hash browns, I was told by another staff who was flirting with another staff they did not have any they did not even check?
