Great gym! Good prices, clean, welcoming staff, and safe. I have been taking personal training lessons with Jaime for over a year now and she is amazing! The manager Sandy is also so friendly and supportive! Come check out this gym!

This place was so rude and inconsiderate of its members. 3 years ago, this place was amazing and had great management that were friendly and inviting. Now the management treats people like they are convicted of a crime by looking you up just so they can see if they can make a money grab for a day pass that is very high price. This is just very rude and uncalled for. No free passes for people who went years ago and wanted to try new membership, negative people who give scornful looks, and untrained managers in customer relation skills who overcharge 10.63 for day passes and make this place a sad shell of its former glory. There is no policy stated on the old members who want to come back and use 1 day pass. I was going to become a new member again and needed to see if I wanted to use the gym after pandemic. In my opinion, I should have gotten free day pass as part of the deal to allow me to see. Explains now why I didn't see anyone there and every review on here is a one star.

Staff is friendly, I'm a fan on the room off to the side that used to be the women's room. The price is really fair. My main complaint is the temperature- I'm always so incredibly hot there. I know that some people really like that, but it gets *really* uncomfortable for me. Since they can't have a women's room any more, maybe they can have a cold room for people like me!
