The cashier service really sucks . Long lines and only two cashiers most times while other workers walking around not doing nothing . The manager on duty don’t have no manners when you say something to him . You guys need professional people to work and stop hiring any and anyone to work .

I like Burlington because their hours are: Monday-Thursday 9am-10pm Friday & Saturday 9am-10:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm. Some of the other Burlington stores are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm and others are open Monday-Saturday 9am-10:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-10pm Holyoke and Waterbury locations are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-9:30pm or 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 10am-8pm. One time Burlington store hours were Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 11am-7pm or 11am-6pm then another time Burlington stores hours were 9:30am-10pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm.

Over the years this store has run down. There isnt a variety of clothes and the prices have certainly increased. Also of great concern is the upkeep. the floors and walls are filthy. At my last visit, i bought clothes and tried at home instead of using the changing rooms. That's because of how dirty the place is.

Had no bags available at check out and when I leaving the alarm went off because they forgot to remove the security tag off a small accessory and have the nerve to look at you as if you stole something

I love coming in here even if I have to park far! Employers are extremely helpful and kind . This place also have good quality shoes for little women’s ; I wear size 5 and I’m always able to find shoes .However bathroom and store always clean and organize. I just wish security was more on top .
