I allowed my daughter to attend the program for backup care for a few days, and my daughter has a permanent scar on her nose. I understand children may bicker but my child was attacked twice. Never experienced this type of behavior anywhere else.

It is a bittersweet feeling as our fifth and youngest daughter finishes the K-Prep program at Bright Horizons at Hall Blvd. Our family has had a child enrolled at Bright Horizons since the fall of 2008, when our oldest daughter was 2. Over the past 14 years, Bright Horizons has become like a second home to us, and the staff and other families have truly become like family to us. We feel so fortunate that we chose this child care center, and we will miss it dearly.I always feel so secure knowing that my kids are safe and in such good, capable hands when they aren’t with me. The staff is always ready to make tearful drop offs easier, and provide such comfort when separation is hard - for both kids and parents! The facility is very clean and bright, and communication with the teachers and administration is excellent. My children built such strong, loving relationships with so many staff members. It is truly heartwarming to see.Where Bright Horizons really shines, however, is in the preschool and K-prep programs. It was in these programs, specifically, that we saw each of our daughters really develop socially, become more independent, and gain a love of and curiosity for learning. There is just the right combination of structure and play time such that the kids are challenged, engaged, and happy. My 4 year old beams with pride when she hands in her simple “homework” assignments, and is so excited to tell me about her new “class job”. It is little things like this that gave my children a valuable sense of responsibility and independence. All of our children have graduated from Bright Horizons so prepared for Kindergarten, both socially and academically. My daughters’ kindergarten teachers have oftentimes commented on just how prepared my daughters were when they entered their classrooms. I can easily say that in terms of Kindergarten preparedness, Bright Horizons is second to none.Another great thing about Bright Horizons is how well the staff gets to know each child. My children are all very different, and the staff consistently addressed and catered to each one’s strengths and needs. The K-Prep teacher actually went to a book store and picked out a book for each child as a gift at their graduation. The books were unique and special to each child and showed just how well the teacher knew each child. The staff is kind, compassionate, and understanding. I believe this starts at the top, and the administration team is nothing short of amazing. They continually go out of their way to help families, and we cannot thank them enough. After having five children go through all the programs at Bright Horizons at Hall Blvd, I would recommend it without hesitation. It really has been one of the best decisions we have ever made for our family.

I'm a first time mother who's son is 9 months old. His father and I work full time really busy jobs. I'm an overprotective mother and spent months researching on the perfect daycare for my son. I wanted somewhere with good hours, camera's, updates, clean, safe , educational, and a caring, family like place. Well I got everything I asked for and more. The teachers go above and beyond for my son. He has bad separation anxiety as do I. They make it so much easier on us than I could imagine. I know my son is going to a safe caring happy place where he is learning constantly. The best part is they stick to your schedule that you have your child on. So they don't have to change for the daycare. The workers are so sweet and friendly. I'm so happy I chose this place. And it's 4 minutes from my house and like 7 minutes from my work. I would recommend this place over and over again. Best day care there is!

My son loves attending Bright Horizons at Hall Blvd. He's been under their care on a part-time basis since he was six months old, and now he's in their preschool program -- we've been so happy with the care he's received. They're doing a great job with the new Covid regulations, with reduced class sizes and masks for the children as well as the staff. It's a friendly, loving, and safe environment for the kids. We'd highly recommend to everyone.

After searching and trying other day care/preschool providers we confidently say Bright Horizons at Hall Boulevard is the best choice for our child. Bright Horizons offers beyond the must haves like clean, up-to-date facilities, qualified teachers and safe environment. Our son has been challenged to learn both academically as welll as with basic life skills, he finds do so fun and is building his confidence because of the loving attentive staff. Turnover is low, offer stability for the children as well. Bright Horizons is worth a visit and seeing for yourself.

Administration is attentive, warm, caring and highly engaged in the day to day. Teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable and loving caretakers. My daughter is doing everything from art, math and science learning and she is not even a year old. We are very happy with our decision to send her to BH at Hall Blvd.
