Tried to reschedule an appointment, was told they aren’t taking any new appointments. Had my mother call back to “schedule” an appointment and what would you know they have free spots all week. Was also told I would be emailed back the documents I emailed them…. Because that’s how digital files work

I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. We had an appointment today to see one of there "accountants" at noon. My wife came home extremely sick so we called to reschedule. Not only was the receptionist extremely rude and unprofessional but she said, we will not take appointments from you again, if you want our services come in and wait. We will never go there at all and being a very influential family in Bloomfield, we'll make sure their name and reputation match their disgusting customer service.

I wouldn't go back to this business even if they were the last tax preparers in CT. They were very unprofessional. They blamed me for mistakes they made. And they were quick to call me rude when I showed even the slightest sign of frustration. The main tax preparer of this business has no humility and no sense of customer service. Just don't waste your money here.

Google wouldn't let me post without giving at least one star; otherwise, I wouldn't have given any. I always heard the advertisement on the radio and so wanted to support a local business in the area; however, this office is nothing short of being unprofessional. Trusting your financial information and tax matters in the hands of someone with over 30 years experience you would have thought would have been a no brainer, but sadly not. I found errors in submissions and then when countered, I just got a bunch of lip. Maybe with time some things do start to fail. The receptionist/daughter is extremely rude and unpolished in business acumen. Tread cautiously if you choose to use this provider for services. It may be more of a headache than warranted.

No one would help me & finally a friend recommended ABA Business. Life Savers for Me !!! Mrs. Bell worked on 6 years of fraudulent IRS & State Taxes done by my Financial Advisor.. I would recommend the firm to everyone Excellent People to work with

I was audited for doing my own taxes back in 2008 or 2009. I was recommended by a co-worker to ABA almost 10 years ago. ABA has handled any tax issues that has come my way in a professional manner. The office is family friendly and just lovely people. Not only do I go yearly but I recommend other families to go there for their tax needs. Being an African American I enjoy supporting black owned businesses.
