Great experience, they're very professional and honest people . Brought my car twice to them , one for coolant leaks and the second time for oil leak . They took care of the coolant leak and for the oil leak they told me about a recall I didn't know about , so the dealer fixed at no cost .

Myself and my family have been using Tri-Town Auto for 30 years in a town of 3000 people that has only a few options to repair a vechicle.. They are extremely knowledgeable and have the most competent mechanics. Elliot has accommodated me for emergency repairs and gave me the assurance that I would have my vechicle ready before a travel date after a head gasket and engine block crack happened.. This repair site has an "old school" feel in which they will analyze with diagnostics problems. Often if simple, they say your all set and refuse any type of payment.Friendly, patient and courteous service from Nancy who has been there many years.Highly suggested and worth the travel if you are out of town.

He has been our mechanic for more than 15 years. My whole family trusts Ron with every car we owned and own. If there is an issue, it is immediately rectified which makes it all worthwhile. We love Ron and as long as he has his shop would never even think of going anywhere else. He is trustworthy and knows what he is doing. Highly recommended.

3 hours from home and the engine light starts flashing. Sucks that it happened but it was so great that we met Richard. He was honest, helpful and kind. While he told us that we should get to the dealership instead because it would be better for the cars warranty coverage. I found it refreshing to that he thought of what was best for the customer and not his pocketbook. Thank you for all of your help Richard!

I was referred to Tri-Town Auto from a customer of theirs and boy are they the best. So help and fair. My whole family goes there and I always recommend them. They've even squeezed us in once when we were leaving for vacation that very morning. We're in love with them. Had a flat took tire in (off car) they patched it cleaned mounting surface and put it back on. Very reasonable price, quick service. Highly recommend Ron's Auto Repair Center.

Ron and his employee went the second mile for a pair of confused elderly friends of mine. We got a frantic call; my friends were beside themselves what to do. Ron's met them, made a simple fix that comforted them and got them the few blocks home where they could regroup. It was a handshake a smile and a little sympathy that will gain Ron's Auto Repair my business. Thank you.

I took my car there to get new tires and get my horn fixed. The customer service was superb, from the way they answer the phone to giving me a ride home and picking me up when my car was ready. 5 star service. I will definitely take my car there whenever it needs care.
