I needed my Acura air conditioner fixed during a heatwave, Eric got me in quickly with his busy schedule and spend a few hours after closing one night troubleshooting what was wrong and it did need a compressor, Eric ordered the parts that evening and had my car fixed by the weekend. I was very satisfied with his professional service, feedback and explanations of what needs to be repaired, also his prices are reasonable and work is exceptional. Eric is a master mechanic and I would recommend his services to everyone in need of a good place for auto repairs. Thanks Eric

Euro Auto was referred to me from a neighbor that they took great care of her car. Eric took the time to explain everything going on in my car in "laymen's terms." He was willing to listen to the questionable noise in my car which ended up being an important issue concerning the safety of the car. I will be taking my car here from now on.

Eric was great he took my audi in immediately. inspected it found my complaints and more told me what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. He had my parts ordered the day i approved the work and car finished in less than a week i was impressed. Eric is honest and fair and i would absolutely recommend euro auto for your repairs.Eric even followed up with me the next day after i picked up the car , to see how everything was going. Im bringing my volvo in next due to an oil leak .

I own a vintage Porsche that has had a few annoying issues which I sent to various mechanics to fix. None succeeded. Then, at my son's recommendation, I took it to Euro Auto Bethlehem. At first blush the place looks "untraditional," with cars of all brands, vintages and conditions strewn all over a large lot. But I trusted my son's experience and the result proved it: Every aspect of my car's mechanisms were fixed perfectly; it's almost as if I got a new car back. Their mechanic even spent considerable time on the phone with me, explaining in detail exactly what they found, how they fixed it and most importantly how they tested it to make sure it was perfect. In my experience that sort of dedication is rare. I can't imagine ever using any other shop to tend to my car's needs.

Eric has been a godsend to me...after losing my husband several months ago, I have needed help with both my vehicles and his flexibility, courtesy, honesty and generosity has been amazing! He responds right away when I call, whether for a quick question (even on a holiday!) when a light goes off, or to schedule my vehicle going in for work. My suburban is driving like the day we bought it, and I can feel safe driving my girls wherever we go...thank you Eric and your skilled crew, you've been a blessing!

You know when people praise a business because they add a personal touch to the work and the personal relationship? Well, at Euro Auto you don’t get a touch, you get a personal BEAR HUG! In my 51 years of driving Volkswagen GTIs and getting them serviced, I have never encountered a better garage. He literally took care of my 13 yo car like it was his own. I could not be happier. If you’re a gearhead like me…..and know the difference between what’s sizzle versus what’s steak they are the very best. I only wish I met him 10 years ago.

5/9/24 Eric worked on my truck again and did an amazing job. I had some extensive repairs to do on my exhaust manifolds and Eric did a top notch job. I would not have trusted anyone but Eric to do this job, thanks Eric!!!! 8/24/23 back to Eric for breaks and roters, as always Eric does a great job, thank you !! 01/26/21, Eric has fixed my old gem again, keeping it safely on the road. Thank you, for your quality, reliable service!! Dec 2019, Back to Eric with my F150 this time, again, excellent service, quality shop, Eric is someone you can trust to fix you vehicle, very Happy Customer!! Aug, 2019. Back to Eric for check engine light, fueling issues for emissions and starter motor on my old Subi, Again, Eric got me back on the road, and through Emission, the car runs better than it has in a long time. He treats my car as if it was his own. I can't thank you enough Eric you are Top Notch!! Feb, 2019 Eric provides excellent service and quality repairs, which is hard to find these days. I have an old car that I have an emotional attachment to. Most do not want to work on older cars, Eric is honest and up front about what needs to be done for the safety of the car and he keeps it on the road. You can trust his judgement and his work. Hi, my name is Michelangelo. I recently got my car fixed by Eric who owns euro auto. He did an excellent job, he was able to identify what was wrong with my vehicle while other mechanics could not. He was very speedy and efficient. When getting my car back the problems that I had previously had were all gone. It drove much better than before and was easier to handle. I could tell how much time and effort he put into my car. It shows that he cares about his craft and he is good at it. Overall I strongly recommend, Eric is a great guy and I trust him to work on my car. Definitely a great mechanic to work with and great business. 10 out of 10

Excellent service. I had a stripped bolt I could not remove to replace my license plate. Euro Auto was able to get me in and make the fix within a few hours. Alphonso noticed I was due to get my oil changed and Euro Auto was able to get that done as well, all within a few hours. Great service and a great team. Thank You.

We have been taking our cars to Euro Auto for service since moving to the area. We cannot thank Eric and his team enough for the care taken with not only our vehicles, but with the experience. Euro Auto treats their customers like family. Most recently we took our 14 year old Volvo and our 19 year old Pontiac to Eric for repair. The Volvo had been sitting unused due to mechanical issues for three years, and the Pontiac was handling like it was driving on ice all the time. When we got the cars back we could not believe how well they were working, and how fair the final bill was. Eric kept us up to date with all the mechanical issues and necessary repairs. He even took the Volvo to emissions testing so I could get it registered again before I picked it up. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work or the customer care provided by Eric and his team. We would highly recommend Euro Auto for all your repair needs.

When I first brought my car in on a whim Eric promised I’d be his next 5 star review and he wasn’t wrong. My car was having suspension issues and Eric checked it top to bottom and found another issue the dealership missed. He’s meticulous and thorough. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and for good reason. I won’t bring my car anywhere else and I’ve already recommended him to a few people. He’s thorough, experienced, and efficient. He walked me through the entire process and I couldn’t be happier.

First time dealing with Eric at Euro Auto and it was different than any other experience for car repair. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, drove the car with me before and after. Overall 5 star experience.
