We LOVE BRBK! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and facility. My dog has the best time at daycare and I feel comfortable boarding him there overnight as well! The staff is friendly and extremely communicative. Highly recommend!

We love BRK! Our dog , Hunter, couldn't wait to go to see his friends in day care. The staff are incredibly, kind, calm and knowledgeable. We had no worries when we boarded Hunter. It is a peaceful, caring place. Highly recommended.

The whole facility is very airy and like a home away from home. There is a private dog park that you can rent behind the building so your pups can run around and get some energy out. Friendly, approachable staff!!

Leaving your pet in the hands of someone else is never an easy thing to do. BRBK has gained my trust through great ownership, staff, and their large open-air facility. Your pet is in great hand with people who know animals. Every time pick my dog up, he is asleep within minutes on the way home. 5 stars!

The owners of Blue Ribbon have never been friendly but their staff has always been lovely and for those reasons I kept my dog there for 2 years. A recent incident where a staff member returning my dog home didn't follow usual protocol, led to a misunderstanding which was poorly handled by the owners. Who are not accessible in the event there is an issue/emergency. They decided to kick my dog out of their facility due to this incident via text message not even a phone call. My dog has always gotten daily verbal praise and I was told she is a good dog. They said she is a risk to their facility and no longer welcome over this incident. The owner did not pick up the phone to talk to me and unprofessionally texted versus having a conversation. I called their facility requesting a call to discuss. Once again they continue more texting instead of a professional conversation to come to a resolution. On my final attempt at calling Jessy picked up the phone. Jessy wasn't interested in having a conversation she began screaming, yelling profanities became completely unhinged and was unreasonable to deal with. During our conversation she also twisted words and lied. I do not recommend this facility because they are unable to handle misunderstanding caused on their end without having any reasonable response. In the event this was more serious I don't believe they would have the capacity to be professional or responsible and would put your animals at risk. For those reasons I don't suggest this facility.

When I am away from home, my mind is entirely at ease to know DixieRae is in the capable hands of Vicki, her daughters, and Staff at Blue Ribbon Boarding Kennel in Bethlehem, CT . For Dixie, Blue Ribbon is equivalent to going to camp to play with her friends. We are grateful for their caring ways.

I always trust them with my animals. My dog never comes back home with behavioral issues as he has from other kennels. They are kind people and do a great job looking after my pets.

On those occasions we cannot bring our fur babies with us, we always bring them to Blue Ribbon Kennels. Our pups LOVE coming here and don't want to leave! There are so many services to choose from including doggy daycare, personal walks, grooming and even extra attention.
