Came in to get a new phone and it was so easy and seamless. The employee who helped me was named Billy and he was phenomenal!! I was so nervous of losing stuff on my phone and he walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable before I left. I am going to tell everyone to go to him. We went into the Verizon store today to open a new account / transfer 4 lines from another carrier. Joe R. the store manager was our sales associate and was absolutely awesome. He took the time needed to set everything up for us, and also helped us out with some additional issues and we greatly appreciate it! I highly recommend this Verizon location and Joe R.!
