The worst
They lose my packages all the time and I'm always getting other people's stuff delivered to me.
They are rude there. Just save your time and money. I have lost hundreds of dollars because of them.

I had to send something for work and the people here were very helpful. They advised me on the best and most cost effective way to send my things. They also told me how to buy things and how I should track my parcel after it was sent.
The postal workers here are trying hard. They are under staffed so things can take a while. But they were very polite and very apologetic about how long it took them to do things.

I was told I did not have enough stamps on even though last stack I sent out the stamps were fine whatever the lady hands me more stamps and just walks away from the counter I put the stamps on and stand there for three minutes to four for her to come back and take the letters. I can hear her laughing and joking with staff around the corner
The guy behind me tries to teach me how the bell works as he is upset he is waiting so long. I tell him sorry but she walked away mid helping me. When she finally comes back she gives me a look and I say sorry but these are important I don't want to just leave them on the counter unattended around strangers she says ok and just pushes my letters aside on the counter and starts helping the next person. Horrible customer service I will drive to another town to find an actual post office.

The guy that is always alone in the front is good, I can see that he gets upset at his coworkers sometimes especially the Indian lady because she doesn’t like to come and help him out when there is a long line. I think it’s a management issue since they are making him do all the passports and still see all the other people and I can see that he gets upset about that. I been there almost every week for last 6 months since I started my online gig and can see how the passports have basically destroyed this poor guy customer service. The Indian lady needs to help more and the other lady should smile more.

Horrible! Nasty customer service personnel! Post master berated me in front of a lobby full of customers after she held my mail for days without notice. And then when she spoke to my wife on the phone twice, she was nasty and hung up on her!

This is to the guy with a huge mole under your left eye.
It started with a simple question - “excuse me, is this where I do my passport?”
Instead of answering yes or no, you said “There’s no special treatment for you! Get in line!”
So my wife, I, and my baby got in line. But when it came to our turn, you told us to wait because you said our appointment would be longer and there were 3 people behind us. But then the line got longer and you took more people that came after me. I questioned you “you told me there’s no special treatment, first come first serve but you kept on taking people behind me”
You replied “You can either reschedule your appointment or wait behind that brown door over there for the postmaster to finish all her phone calls to file a complaint. Or wait after that gentleman.”
So I waited more. My appointment was at 1PM. I was in line at 12:55. I was seen and put back in line at 1:22 and was finally seen at 1:40.
To the guy with the mole under the left eye,
People make appointments for a reason. I work and so does my wife. We took time off to get a passport for my daughter. We made the appointment because we needed to get back to work. You wanted to see other people that came after I arrived before me. Then what’s the point of having an appointment or getting in line? We would’ve been ok waiting in line if you didn’t keep on seeing people behind us and weren’t rude like that.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER !
Slow Lazy workers..never enough help at desk
Always a line even on a slow day
Overheard the Indian woman talking trash about customers one day when she was in back room.. all employees are slow and don't care except for one Hispanic guy who is the Best one there, but not there as much as all that dead weight they have daily..i avoid going there as much as possible...the place is also Dirty and run down..

They canceled our passport appointment after we drove there. Told us to reschedule for tomorrow. I asked how do I know your system will be working tomorrow when there is no way to call you. Morons don't go here.

This has been two times I went in to do something with a passport and got cancelled both times
I have missed two days of work because they said the appointment is confirmed and when I get there they cancel on the spot

Absolutely the worst, rude, condescending, and completely unmotivated, been using them for over 18 years sparingly, and every time I go, I get an attitude that is beyond acceptable for any business, let alone a small town, had numerous packages from Amazon saying it was delivered in my mailbox (which it would have never fit in there!) and never received. Come to find out that with their gps scan it’s delivered to the wrong address, going on 7 packages now! There is no accountability and ends up costing me and the vendor, countless hours, trying to investigate and fill out forms to get the money replaced for the missing package Just rude, untrustworthy and miserable employees, they give the same statement each time, that they’ll send a postal worker to the address it was missed delivered to and try to retrieve the package and redeliver it to me which never happens. AVOID going there and head over to Stony Hill or Brookfield!
