New owners are fabulous! Friendly, helpful service, and the best part is that I can drop off all packages in one super convenient spot (USPS, UPS, FedEx). I also frequent their shop in Ridgefield. Game changer! I'm never waiting in line at the post office again!

I shipped a fedex package through Bethel Mail Service thinking that it would be more convenient than going through Staples. Big mistake. They claim that fedex packages are picked daily, I dropped off on 6/25 and it wasn't processed until 7/6. I will not go back.

I am beyond thrilled with the new owner, Sam, of the Mail Room! For years, most Bethel people who tried to use the Mail owner, found the business to be closed! The store was always a mess and owners were rude! Thank you Sam for the outstanding customer service!
