I noticed this store as I was entering Dollar Tree. I had a recent conversation with someone, who informed me about some bourbon and wine, that is hard to find.I decided to try my luck at Stony Hill Wines, and see if I would be lucky and come across those rare finds.I entered this establishment, and 2 employees were talking and never made an attempt to acknowledge my presence. As I perused the aisles, I thought at some moment, one of the men would ask if I needed assistance….this never happened.Mind you, I was the only customer in the store.I won’t be returning and I won’t recommend this place.Ignoring your customers, is so unprofessional and it really sets a bad precedent for the business.

Been here 4 times out of convenience. Considering I spend probably well over $3,000 per year on alcohol and fine Cabernets, am very knowledgeable of wines and other spirits, am loyal to a good experience, but I'll never enter this store again. Every person, male and female, that I've asked for help with here, is rude, unfriendly and not interested in their own business success. Sincerity can't be faked. Being abrasive, cold and rude is an expensive behavior and just cost you a few thousand in lost revenue. But hey, it seems that ego is more important than building the business, loyalty, trust and valued business relationships with customers. Good luck building a business with no passion.

Prime Pub is our family’s favorite! The menu is always perfect and our kids prefer it to any other restaurant! We call it a win when they choose this over McDonald’s! The specials are always delicious and we love how the menu changes by the season.

Pulled over to check navigation for nearby restaurants. A man came out of his house and recommended Prime Pub, owned by his neighbors. Great food and drinks.

First of all, this place is not Stony Hill Wine & Spirits, it's Bethel Wine World. Though the place had changed hands a few years back, the current owners Doris and Jim, and all of their staff have always been very friendly and attentive toward my wife and myself. Buddy the Shih tzu the store's mascot is usually wandering the store or sleeping behind the counter, not fazed by the goings-on. The store has a wide selection of craft beers, as well as a wide and varied wine and spirits selection. I've had the folks put together gift baskets for me to donate to raffle at various nonprofit events, they have always been creative, and respectful of my budget. I highly recommend this establishment.

Sorry to have to give one star to any local business. I've gone in there a few times now and this time I was hoping the service would be better. I walked in to an empty store with a woman and man behind the counter. They were engaged in a conversation as I walked by and didn't acknowledge they had a customer. No big deal, I walked to the wines to get Pinot Grigio and could not find what I wanted. I also needed Proseco but also couldn't find it in -so I was circling the store. I was in there almost 10 minutes. Part of that was curiosity to see if they would notice I needed help. No they did not and I decided to go to my local liquor store where they always greet you with a smile. As I walked towards the doors a Woman walked in and immediately the woman calls out to her " I love your boots" and they engage in conversation about how the woman bought them at Primark and they were such a good deal the lady couldn't believe it. If you don't feel you should be ackniwledged as a customer then this is the store for you. I like to get to know the businesses where I shop and I've tried several times here and they just don't seem to care. Sadly I won't be coming back -three strikes and you're out .
