Brought in a watch battery that other jewlers were unable to replace. Was told that the person they sent out to do watch work had retired, but they would take a look and do their best, but no promises, and it would probably take a few days.By the very next day, I received a text that my watches were ready (I brought two others to have their bands adjusted), and they managed to get the original watch battery replaced with no issue. Thanks to the entire staff at QG for their hard work and courteous attitudes!

I took a bracelet that was a gift there because the clasp was loose. This bracelet is made of steel but has sentimental value. I was worried they wouldn’t even want to look at it. They took it in back tightened the clasp and had me out of there in 10 min. I have also had a few watches worked on there. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry.

Quality Gem created a custom piece for me and I adore it. Damianne was the best and helped my husband pick out a precious gemstone for my Christmas gift and then helped us create exactly what I wanted in a ring. I have been searching for a natural alexandrite ring for so long and never found one quite my style. They brought in three loose stones for my husband to choose from and the one he chose is just gorgeous. They even went the extra mile to have the ring appraised with the paperwork ready for us when we picked up the ring. Damianne was so kind and knowledgeable. Thanks for making a gal feel special. I received a new watch as a gift and wanted to have a watch band fitted to me. They have a watch technician on hand was able to make the adjustments on the spot, while I waited. The staff there were kind and welcoming and were able to eyeball the necessary adjustments with ease while telling the technician what adjustments to make. Very kind people.

My husband and Dennis custom designed my unique engagement ring and wedding band to fit perfectly. Always professional and really enjoys every aspect of the jewelry business. He has helped me replace stones, design a custom charm bracelet and much more. All good things! Not a single bad experience. My husband and I travel from out of state to get all of our jewelry needs from Quality Gem. We recently updated my engagement ring and they listened to what we wanted, and provided exactly that on a tight deadline. I trusted them enough to iron out the details of my ring with their own judgement - they did not disappoint!!!!!!
