I was making a hand-stitched book for my son and his fiancé, for their upcoming wedding. I needed John's help in making it look professional, so what did he do? He opened the shop just to help me out and finished the task immediately. It turned out perfectly!! John is a kind and talented artisan who is also generous and driven to make sure that the job turns out just right! Now that I've "discovered" Images Fine Printing, I'll look for more ways to include their professional services in my own work.”

They have been my new printing operation for 9 months now.”
“My task was to digitize old, somewhat curled up World War II pictures my father had taken as a B-17 pilot based in England. The pictures had been grouped into various categories and some of the photos had notations on the back. One of the reasons for having the pictures digitized was to be able to upload them to a website dedicated to the B-17 .My contact at Joseph Merritt was Rosemary Cairo. Her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness made the process uncomplicated and smooth.Before proceeding with the project she emailed copies of how the photos would appear and the cost to do the work.She kept the photos in their categories, paired the photos with their notes on the back when needed and offered options to enhance the quality of the images. Once completed Rosemary made them available on line for downloading and on memory sticks.Joseph Merritt in general and Rosemary in particular did a wonderful job and I am grateful for that.Sincerely,Peter Thompson”
“I walked in here without knowing what I was walking into! I was looking for someone to do a print on a tshirt for mothers day. on the Friday two days before mothers day I walk into this establishment and ask if it can be done. He told me a time and how long it would take him. I could do it, the time wasn't good for me due to work and commitments I had. Look story short the owner had my tshirt ready in 30 minutes perfected the design I had set up and planned to have on tshirt! And wow!!! What an amazing outcome!! The tshirt and the design is awesome!! I'm so excited! My wife is going to love it!!! He fit me in even though he had other projects in the works!!! Bruh!!!! God bless thus establishment!!!! “Jim at the UPS Store Ridgefield was great. I had dropped off a package that had to go USPS, the package went missing after being picked up from the store, the tracking kept saying a label was made with no movement. Jim went above and beyond, he called the post office told them the issue and gave me updates regularly. Then a week later it suddenly arrived at its destination, much to our surprise.
Thank you Jim for staying on top of this for me you are a great person!
