“I had to send something for work and the people here were very helpful. They advised me on the best and most cost effective way to send my things. They also told me how to buy things and how I should track my parcel after it was sent.
The postal workers here are trying hard. They are under staffed so things can take a while. But they were very polite and very apologetic about how long it took them to do things.”

“Best post office I have ever visited. Wasn’t sure about the name of the nice gentleman that helped me but per reviews, I think he is John. He was so nice and helpful with the things I wanted to mail and even made a copy for me, which I forgot to bring.
Made my day after having a not so good one??
Will for sure come back. 100% recommend.”

“This place is what we call a needle in a haystack ?

Best place around you will get the best service around every time

Today was the first time going and they handled my problem with no issues,
I didn’t ask for the guys name but he deserves a raise
Had a different post office around that make me lose two days of work for passport appointments that got cancelled on the spot I explained this to the guys working and he went out of his way to help us out handling everything and didn’t even put a face or a bad attitude like most places do

If I could give a better review I would and again this guys working there deserves a raise because he is so nice and polite n handles situations with care”

“Mary is simply the best. I really feel obligated to leave her a good review as I had recently a very bad experience at another USPS branch and it made me realize how wonderful Mary is. She goes above and beyond to satisfy everyone's needs and she manages to be lovely at the same time. Best USPS brach in the US, but only because of Mary!!!”

“I am from out of town and a package that was supposed to go to Pennsylvania ended up at the South Salem Post Office. I have never experienced such excellent service as I did at this post office. Robert helped me track my package down and reroute it to the correct address, which was not simple. He was so kind and helpful, called me back twice, and provided me with an updated tracking number. Did I mention he was a complete and total delight? Thank you, South Salem Post Office!”

“Vinny and Al are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Yesterday Vinny went above and beyond helping me and a friend, who has some intellectual disabilities, with her change of address. He patiently helped and advised us. And kudos to my neighbors who patiently waited on line while Vinny helped us and didn't rush my friend.”

“The staff was so incredibly patient and helpful - we
Brought in two toddlers on a Friday afternoon to get their first passports. Even running late, she helped with all of our paperwork and ran out to us when we forgot our IDs inside. So helpful!”

“I sure wish they had extra hours for holiday shipping—I agree with others that one particular employee is difficult but aside from that they are a good bunch of people who try to help everyone get through the experience as quickly as possible.”

“I went for passport service without an appointment on a Saturday. Ritu welcomed me, never complained about not having an appointment and I had the best customer service from a person who would not get a tip. Hats off!!”

“Wonderful staff and fast service at this location! I dropped by to renew my passport and could not have been happier with my experience. I was at the store for not more than fifteen minutes. Pictures offered here too.”
