From the moment I stepped into the door, I was promptly greeted and assisted with no hesitation at all. Michelle had such a friendly and helpful demeanor. Her expertises shined through as she explained the different options of colors and shades. I truly appreciated how she took the time to learn about my upcoming project, as well as my interests to assist me with finding the perfect color. Also, while in the store another customer came in and she remembered them by name and their prior purchases, to assist them. “I love the Danbury location. This is another location that has the worlds best staff but such a little store. They have the essentials so I can't knock them but this location is specifically for paint and wallpaper. They don't have many hardware options at all. That's my only tiff with this location hahah. Other than that, there is no better place in Danbury or Brookfield for paint. All the staff is truly wonderful and Ben is the absolute MVP. I go to him for just about everything.”
