This company stole $74 from me when I did an online order I immediately messaged her saying if she can update the address because I wasn’t able to on my end and then takes a whole month to ship then proceeds to ship it to the address I told her not to I never received my package and then she refuses to answer my messages and doesn’t get back to you 0 stars all the way around especially for bad customer service

I went in for my first time, all excited with a great feeling about it, just to walk out completely disappointed. The young woman that was there gave off awful vibes and wasn’t very talkative or helpful. Maybe I’ll try again when she’s not there?

I recently visited Lunastry for the first time and was blown away by the store. The merchandise, the energy and the staff were amazing. I found wonderful gifts for both my loved ones and myself! I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back!

Candle was cute. Customer service/communication was terrible!!! Went to 3 platforms to try to get help with my order because I never got a confirmation email. Took days before getting a response on the last try. Candle was shipped and I wasn't notified until I reached out again. Luckily, I looked for an update, because it had been delivered and was already starting to melt. I live in Arizona. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anymore products, which makes me sad because there are some cute products to buy.

I began coming to this store when it first opened in Bethel, CT. At first it was lovely, I loved everything about the store. Now about three years later, I’ve gone less and less. I recently went to try it one last time. The store has greatly changed since then with its prices, quality of products and most of all the energy in the store. The store is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. However, I can never get over the energy that comes from the owner. Throughout the years she’s become more rude and unhelpful. Almost as if she doesn’t want you in there. I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore.

No customer service. Received wrong scented candle in the mail. Emailed them about it. No response. This is the second time this has happened, not buying from them again.
