The staff and pharmacist are beyond helpful and pleasant. They went above and beyond to help fill a prescription- very grateful. The pharmacy itself had a great selection and great gifts. Highly recommend!

They compounded some acetaminophen specially for my son with a dozen food allergies. Having that trust and confidence is literally everything. I never have to worry about him having an anaphylactic reaction from fillers or just having to consume any weird ingredients in general that we find in shelf ready brands. Thank you for taking care of us! We are customers for life.

Great pharmacy! They helped work out a lower payment with my insurance for a prescription that I needed and I love that their prescription bottles have the option to be just a regular screw top or child proof if you flip them the other way around!

I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy as a first time customer. My vet called in compounded liquid gabapentin for my cat to this pharmacy. I didn’t realize until I used most of the prescription that there was a layer of medicine separated and stuck to the bottom of the jar. Nowhere on the bottle did it tell me I needed to shake the medicine and no one told me when I picked it up, so I had no idea. When I talked to the pharmacist and explained it to him, he just said that happens sometimes, you need to shake it and he banged it around and gave it back to me. I felt upset they didn’t acknowledge it was a mistake this important information was left off the label, but I also felt it was unethical for him to try to give it back to me when there was no way of knowing what the concentration was at this point and if I would be overdosing my cat if I gave it to him. Finally after I explained I couldn’t give the medicine like that they refunded me $20 (the medicine cost me $50). I couldn’t believe the poor customer service and lack of accountability from this pharmacy, especially considering the high reviews they have. This will be the first and last time I use them.

English Apothecary is truly a gem and we are so lucky to have them. Sri and his team provide outstanding, personalized service as well as a great selection of gifts. If you’re still having prescriptions filled at big corporate pharmacies, consider transferring them to English.

English Apothecary is a jewel in our town. The staff greets everyone with a smile, a helpful answer, and a willingness to go the extra mile with physicians and insurance companies. If they don't know an answer they do the research and get back with answers immediately.
