Horrible rude service. Can't believe how bad this place is and how unorganized they are.

I just had to drop off a modem box but staff was very helpful. They had a drop off area for different electronics outside of the store which made things very fast.

They don't care about doing business. Tried to upgrade mobile device. Told it wouldn't let them. No explanation. An insincere sorry and good bye. Too bad. They WERE a nice alternative to ATT but apparently that's all in the past.
