Bethel Mail Services has been great helping me with my move from CA back to CT. Both Edwin by email, and Chris in person and over the phone have helped me sort out some issues from USPS. The difference in help and attitude between BMS and USPS was like night and day. Chris is a really wonderful person, always with a smile on her face and happy to help in any way she can. Very happy!

I went here to fax a simple document and was met with a huge smile! Alison helped me accomplish an agonizing task in no time… Please save yourself the headache from Staples and come here to do your faxes, copying, and nailing tasks. By the way stop at Peachewave and grab a froyo too ?

This is a wonderful service for dropping off, sending out packages, even grabbing a card! It’s conveniently located, easily accessible and being nicely renovated in Dolan Plaza. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. I like having the security of knowing packages are being sent from a safe, secure location and will continue to utilize this business.

New owners are fabulous! Friendly, helpful service, and the best part is that I can drop off all packages in one super convenient spot (USPS, UPS, FedEx). I also frequent their shop in Ridgefield. Game changer! I'm never waiting in line at the post office again!

I had a time-sensitive package to send, and despite being late (my own fault), the new owner, Edwin, went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered on time. The total cost was surprisingly affordable, a fraction of what I expected. Edwin's dedication and helpfulness have completely transformed my experience with Bethel Mail Service. I had previously stopped using their services due to the old owners, but I'm thrilled I took a chance. The addition of Amazon returns is a game-changer. Kudos to Edwin and the team for their outstanding service!

I ordered super large boxes from Bethel Mail Services and the owners are so nice and very helpful. They didn’t have the size I needed in store but ordered quickly and efficiently and delivered to me. I would definitely recommend them plus they take all packages for returns

I shipped a fedex package through Bethel Mail Service thinking that it would be more convenient than going through Staples. Big mistake. They claim that fedex packages are picked daily, I dropped off on 6/25 and it wasn't processed until 7/6. I will not go back.
