I love flowers and my fiancé spent more than $100 on flowers for my birthday (I had to ask the price because of how disappointed I was with how they were cut). The stems were cut soooo extremely inconsistently that if I didn’t have a 18 inch flower vase some cuts wouldn’t even touch water. He said the person who helped him seemed like a HS student who didn’t want to be working on a Saturday. Unfortunate because the actual flowers are nice, the cuts just look so bad in a vase it’s a big disappointment to try to fix, especially on my birthday. I was able to even out a lot of the bottom but there are ones cut far too short to fix. I was also kind of disappointed they didn’t give any packets of flower food.

We ordered the Harvest Sunset Pumpkin flower display for my mother-in-law and she absolutely loved it. Beautiful fragrant flowers in an adorable ceramic pumpkin. Also, the Fascia chocolates are wonderful. Extremely fast delivery !! Thanks again.

I ordered online late at night from out-of-state and Alice’s Flower Shop was still able to prepare and deliver the next day! Recipients were grateful and the bouquet was as pictured and described online. Great service, very convenient online ordering.

Second time ordering. Both times has been great. Once, I just stopped in and they immediately put together an arrangement for bereavement. Second time, I placed the order for the next delivery for birthday. Arrived on and time and reciepient loved it.

I searched for quite a while to find a local flower shop with consistently good reviews and no unexpected fees when ordering online. Alice’s Flower Shop was honest, the order arrived on time, and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. They even reimbursed me, without my asking, for a small mistake that they made which I had not yet noticed. I would use them again!

Recently moved into a new neighborhood, so this was a first using Alice's Flower Shop, but certainly will not be the last. A simple Google search helped me locate the shop, and I only chose them in particular because of the close proximity... not concerned about much more, but prayed it all worked out, especially since it was last minute and my first time using their services. The 2 floral arrangements [red roses & sunflowers] were absolutely gorgeous and looked as if they were picked fresh from an untouched garden. Pricing was very reasonable [which is always a plus, especially for same day delivery] and both deliveries were made within an hour or two of me placing the order. I was VERY pleased with the overall service and will definitely be a return customer. One of the orders was a first time delivery of flowers for my 2 year old daughter, so it meant a great deal to me that this was perfect, thank you.

Did an incredible job on Valentine’s Day delivering flowers to my gf. If I had to be critical updating tracking when leaving shop/ or when delivered. But it was a busy day I’m sure, And they got there and that’s all that matters
