This got to be the worst 7 eleven I been too. For starters, they never have the different types of coffee to choose from and never have the flavors to add to your coffee at all! I took the risk of eating one of their chicken wings and of course it tasted awful that I ended up throwing it away after my first bite. Corporate needs to come in and get new management for this location ASAP.

Store not taking credit cards. Will point you to the in-store ATM to get cash. ATM fee of $3.95 is highest I’ve seen!

I don’t think this location wants to make any money. Every time I come here around 1 in the morning, they have no fast food, like hotdogs, and other food 7 11 sells. More people will come to spend there money here, cause every thing else is closed at night. I think this place needs a new management

THEY ALWAYS OVERCHARGE AND THEY NEVER HONOR THE POSTED PRICE. YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST CHECK THE PRICES ON EVERYTHING THEY RING UP BECAUSE THEY NEVER CHARGE THE CORRECT PRICE. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.The time is now 1:35 p.m. on November 3rd 2023 and I just left 7-eleven. And as usual with most of the 7-Elevens this one here does not honor the prices it has listed throughout the store. The price that it shows is never the price they charge you when you get up to the register it's always more when you get up to the register. Tonight I tried to purchase two packages of twizzlers which IS clearly listed as buy one the second for $1, however when I went up to pay for them of course the guy working the register has no idea what I'm talking about and the price does not indicate buy one the second for $1.. They would charge me full price for both. When I asked him and I even offered to show him the sign that they have posted right below the twizzlers in the aisle he couldn't care less. This goes on in this 7-Eleven and every other 7-Eleven around here. I will never do business here again. Of course they don't care. My $20 a week doesn't mean anything to them. But for whatever it's worth I will never ever come back to this establishment.

The food is always fresh and delicious. I love their taquitos, hot dogs, and pizza.The drinks are always cold and refreshing. I especially love their Slurpees and coffee.The prices are reasonable. I can always find what I need without breaking the bank.The employees are friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied.The stores are clean and well-stocked. I can always find what I need, even when it is late at night.Overall, I am very happy with 7-Eleven. They are a convenient and reliable place to get food, drinks, and other essentials. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good convenience store.

Person working the register was extremely rude and followed my spouse around the store while they were shopping. Made them so uncomfortable they didn’t pick up everything we had wanted. Won’t be back. The 7/11 in Danbury is much nicer.

I have been going to this 711 for years and I have always had amazing customer service at this spastic location. Recently they hired some.young teenagers to work at night and they are very rude and treated me as if I was some sort of person who couldn't possibly afford all of the items that I put onto the counter which is absolutely ridiculous and once I put everything onto the counter and he was almost finished with ringing up the things I had told me not to take anything.of the counter or open my food because he had not opened the register and was counting the money my boyfriend handed him then proceeded to check every 50$ bill with the marker like they were counter fit ,it was ridiculous

The clerks at the store said I could no longer enter this store, unless I had a mask, this afternoon, after I had been coming several times before, that same day, so I told them that I would never buy there, again. They also have the odd tendency of never wanting to give you your receipt, probably because they overcharge your credit card and do not want you to notice. The last time, I had to ask the teller for a receipt, he had already crumpled and crushed it into a ball, before my eyes. Pretty awkward... Overall, my sincere recommendation is that you stay away from this store, permanently, unless you want to have your money stolen and be treated like you are living in apartheid, as a second-class citizen, where clerks arbitrarily decide, when you can buy from their store and what you have to wear, when doing so. I give them a zero for customer service, ethics, and overall find them to be just shady and corrupt people. Would you really trust them to feed you and give you, and your family, to drink, when they can't even be trusted to charge you a buck for a small slurpee? Who knows what they could be giving you or charging you? Bottom line, the people at this store are not transparent and are very plainly doing wrong, it is only a matter of time, before you become their next victim. This whole franchise should go under, for these aforementioned reasons. You will be better off, staying far, far away from their stores, forever.
