Great experience from start to finish. Staff was so communicative and helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be returning for any future upgrades or modifications I get! Rafael is a master when it comes to 10th gens, if you have a civic he is the guy to bring it to.

Wonderful place. Wonderful service. I was buying a car and called them to see if they can look at it the same day and they were so helpful to accommodate me. Detailed in their diagnosis. Great customer service!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the moment you walk into the shop you know each and every person takes pride in their job and loves what they do and the customers they serve. To make a long story as short as I can, my husband decided to attempt fixing the brake lines on our BMW, which did not go well at all. Frustrated and defeated he went on the hunt for a mechanic in the Bethany area. We had just moved to Bethany about a year ago and have always used mechanics in NY and Stamford. Finding a mechanic up this way that is good, honest and fair has not been an easy task. However, when he stumbled upon RPM we instantly knew that we had found the best. Meghan, who sits in the front, was sweet and helpful. Maddy is no different and to top it off she is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway she can. All the guys we met, Frank, Frank Jr. and Raf have wonderful sense humors. Raf, the mechanic, hands down is the best we have ever worked with. He took the time to show my husband what was wrong with the car and the parts that would need repair and why. He takes absolute pride in his work, as if it is a work of art. Our BMW now rides like a dream. We already have three vehicles on their maintenance list and have already started spreading the word about this wonderful shop.

The work done at RPM is always incredibly thorough. Raf truly takes pride in his work and pays attention to every minor detail. We won't bring our cars anywhere else.
