“Hanna did a great job grooming my 12lb toy poodle, Toby. We were trying to find a place closer to us and she was able to get us in same week due to a cancellation. Toby is a sweet boy, but he can be difficult at times with brushing and grooming. She was very clear on communicationand has a kind and caring personality, and it’s clear that the well being of the pups are top priority. One thing to note, is the that the dogs are typically out of the crates in between grooming sessions, but I’m sure if you had a special request to have your dog separated it would be fine. Communication is key. She was even taking extra precaution this time due to the mystery canine respiratory illness so they were all crated.We will definitely be coming back! Great experience.”
“I was helped by Nicole and she was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I was looking for. When I told her my truck was down she offered to deliver my new tractor for me. Employees are knowledgeable & caring. Unlike similar stores that only cater to small dogs; PetSmart has stuff for all types of pets.”

“The place is short staff . But they do what they can with the people they have. The selections are ok. Staff will order items if needed. Never had an issue with returning defective merchandise. And no, I'm not one of those customers. Had two legit returns, and the staff handled it accordingly. This is my one-stop for my dog several times a month.”
“Originally I went there just to look around. And so we fell in love with several cats. Oh my goodness they really get thorough with the information about adopting in cat. They even want proof of ownership of your home.”

“Worldwide Fish and Pets is now Danny's Worldwide Fish and Pets. I just recently purchased a few unique fish such as SA puffers, Ballon belly Rams, etc. I contacted Danny to explain my situation as I was replacing fish that passed and I had to do a total shutdown, clean, and restart, but, because of the difficulty finding the SA puffers (and at a reasonable price), I wanted to order them. Danny explained that they sent fish out on Mondays, but, if I needed that extra time, he would be happy to send it out a week later. Danny was true to his word and these fish arrived overnighted on Tuesday. They are beautiful and you can definitely tell they were carefully packed with the idea they might not be handled gently even though the box was marked perishable. Thank you, Danny, for truly caring about the fish and your customers. a.k.a forever customer”

“Normally I go to the Petco in Wallingford for my fish supplies, and thisone was much nicer. My inly complaint was the betta fish. In the Wallingford Petco, the bettas get regular water changes, and are very healthy. I can not say the same here. Many betta fish were dead and rotting, and most had dirty water. This is a shame, because the ither fish in the store were some of the best I had ever seen in a Petco. All of the tanks had lovely java moss and Java Fern, and this Petco had the best variety if fish that you notmally dont find in petcos. If it werent for the bettas, I would give 5 stars.”

“The cashiers are friendly, but the prices are high. I buy a specialized dog food that costs $92 if no manufacturer coupons are available. There's a savings club we're a part of where you buy a total of 12 bags of food and the 13th bag is free. Still no actual savings. The store is very clean, organized and the employees are friendly, so I guess that's a plus.”
