Love this place! Dr. Jackson is so nice and caring towards your pet! I highly recommend her! We also met Dr Petrera---great demeanor and so nice to our cats. Gave us some very good recommendations for cat care and feeding. Very convenient location and accommodating staff.

The people are useless hereThe people who keep this place open are people who can't cut their own pets nails.They refused to help my dog who was hit by a car even though they are his primary care. You guys advertise "HOSPITAL".Money hungry people here.How you treat animals shows a lot of your characterI wouldnt bring your pet anywhere near here. There is no compassion or human decency in any of the workers including the vet who picks and chooses when he feels like working.

My animals have been going to bethany vet for about 18 years and they are an office that I know I can trust. They have worked well with both my grumpy and anxious dogs and my garfield of a cat. Definitely a great place that your fur babies will feel safe.

Dr Jackson and her staff have been caring, professional and flexible the entire time we brought our dog Stella to them. Dr Jackson was especially compassionate in helping us with end-of-life services as well. I highly highly recommend!

Dr. Jackson is a fantastic veterinarian and has a great demeanor with our pets. We have been going to BVH for over 15 years! We highly recommend them - the staff is wonderful and so nice!

BVH is extremely short staffed. They only have (1) vet on staff and she's not in everyday. They are horrible at responding to calls. I've called (3) times in the past 2 days regarding a sick dog and NO ONE has called me back yet. That is totally ridiculous. I will be looking for a new vet for my pets.
