William was great. He had an influx of people as soon as he opened the doors and was by himself. He handled everything with patience and grace and apologized to everyone for the wait, although he was so efficient, there was little to no wait at all!

Angel a sweetie love. Angel is actually an angel. Angel be helping me put my worries to ease. Angel be going above and beyond. I just calme to reiterate how patient everyone is working with me at UPS Berlin. I appreciate y'all giving me a safe place to do business! Alex Patient Kind And Understanding and Professional. I really like her. She a beautiful person! Alex be taking time with me. Alex go out of her way to answer my repetitive question while still remaining calm understanding and patient and she helped make it possible for me to accomplish some goals! ?? GO UPS!

William was so helpful, he saw I pulled up right in front of the store and was taking out a huge box. He came right out and said let me help you; he took the huge box out of my suv and carried it in for me. You don't find courteous, kind, helpful people like this often. I could tell this is just genuinely who he is. I come her from time to time and he's always polite and helpful and very well informed, always gives great suggestions to help. When I come to this store I look for him to help me. We need more people like William in this world.

This is my first bad review for any business. Their website said notary services, including Wills and Trusts. We brought our own witnesses but the website also says they can provide witnesses if you call a head. When you schedule an appointment there is a notes section. I did leave a message in notes that we were coming to have Wills notarized. Soon after we all walked in they told us we don't do Wills, Trusts, HIPPA any of those documents. Pretty disappointing since I flew in from out of state, organized two friends to come as witnesses and then told the website is inaccurate. If someone had actually read the notes on our reservation and contacted me beforehand I wouldn't have wrote this review. People inside were nice and apologetic.

The staff was very very fast friendly and efficient at their jobs and with the customer. Had more people in and out of there in the 10minutes I was there(most of which I was parked in car on a phone call. Very good service highly recommended and won’t be shipping with anyone else!
